We have dined here many times and the food, service, atmosphere and staff have always been excellent. I have recommended this restaurant to my families and friends. This restaurant is definitely better than many of the other franchises locations.

Good but when they do not confirmed my reservation I feel very upset.

The food was good as it usually is at Red Lobster. Our server was very polite but was obviously busy (as expected on a Saturday evening. They had the air conditioning up so high that a number of patrons had on sweaters despite the 40+ humidex. It’s fair that the wait staff is running around and probably appreciate it. They did turn it down when a few tables mentioned feeling colds. Our only complaint was the way our OpenTable priority wait list reservation was handled. We made the “reservation” for 7:30 and arrived 7 minutes early. We were told that we had been checked in and would be put near the top of the list but wouldn’t get called next. We sat down and listened as everyone was told there’s about a 25 minute wait. We waited and watched as they seated numerous other tables of two, that didn’t have an OpenTable priority list seating reservation get seated before us. Finally at 7:46, after a number of others who arrived after we did got seated. I wouldn’t be bothered by this if we hadn’t bothered to use OpenTable but we did. I’m disappointed in OpenTable for allowing this false “reservation” and in Red Lobster for not honoring it.

The restaurant was freezing cold. The food was very disappointing. The crab was overcooked. The crab was almost undetectable in the liguini. We haven't been to Red Lobster in years. My husband reminded me as we were eating our dinner that the last time we went there, which was years ago, that we were disappointed at that time as well. We were SO looking forward to this treat during Crabfest. Very disappointed. The restaurant offered us a gift certificate. However, how is that going to change the quality of the food? It won't, so not sure that we will even use the gift certificate. The service was mediocre.

Went there with our family. Husband and I had not been to Red Lobster in years. This was the first time our kids went. Soooo disappointing........food was totally bland. Husband got a plate that included tilapia filet and it looked like a frozen pressed fish - not like a real fresh piece of fish. We were stunned. We can do better in grocery freezer section. I had shrimp and grilled scallops- almost could not eat the scallops....tasted boiled with grill marks....could do bette at M and M meats. Kids had pasta with seafood and both types of pasta dishes were so greasy almost inedible. What a total waste of money (and it’s not cheap). I expect to pay for decent seafood but there was nothing worth eating among the 5 of us. We will never go to another red lobster again. That’s so unfortunate.

We came in Monday to celebrate a belated Mother's Day and birthday. Our waitress was very sweet and very friendly. I don't remember her name but I remember in chatting with her that she was Jamaican. She gave us great service, was quick and gave great suggestions.

Priority seating worked perfectly and the service was excellent. We shared two plank meals and the stuffed mushrooms were perfect. A great experience.

We always go to this location. Service is always very good. Food is always tasty, well-prepared and presented nicely. Lots of options. Some favourites are the seafood-stuffed mushrooms, the clam chowder and the garlic shrimp. Always good for a special occasion. Will definitely return and most definitely recommend.

We had to wait 20+ minutes to be seated. And although our waitress was trying her best, she still messed up our orders about 4 different times.

Overdone food and mystery fish substitutions did not go over well with our party, but our server and the restaurant manager were both very quick to rectify.

Although it was last min and I had priority seating because I wasn’t able to reserve a table ahead of time and it was a busy night, the staff was very nice and accommodating! Even though we were told we would have to wait an hour/an hour and a half, they did their best to get us a table for 12 people. (Some is my guests weren’t sure they could wait that long) I’m just glad we stuck around because the food was absolutely amazing, the biscuits are BOMB (which we were able to take some home), and the staff were great. My first time at that location and I am happy about the experience. Thank you Red Lobster for being accommodating!

We have been to this location many times - usually yearly for a birthday celebration. This year the food quality seems to have gone down and the meals weren't as tasty as in the past. Service and ambiance were ok but it wasn't our best meal by far.

The food was fine - in fact, the blackened tilapia was really good, and a good value. The lobster combo (sorry, I forget it’s actual menu name) was arguably overpriced.

Our waiter was very good. He (or someone in the back) did make one big mistake: when my partner asked that her “leftovers” be boxed up to be taken home, the waiter took it back to the kitchen, and brought out a take-home box, but when we got home we found out we were given somebody else’s food!

That being said, mistakes happen (and the waiter’s service during our time there was otherwise very good) and to their credit, the restaurant gave my partner a gift card equal to the value of the item she ordered! Like I said, mistakes happen and in this case how the restaurant handled it was as good as one could ask for.

We’ve been going to this Red Lobster since it opened, over 20 years ago. We have celebrated numerous birthdays, anniversaries, etc there. We enjoy going just to have a meal out now and again. Their fresh fish menu is good as well as the choose your own combination section on the menu.

The first table they wanted to seat us at was dirty with broccoli, fries and other food under the table. The second table that was clean, nearby, they said was reserved but they don’t take reservations so we chose to sit at the bar. What an embarrassing situation!!
