   Steaks (3 orders) were over cooked! Asked for medium rare and was served cold well done steaks (all three). To their credit, properly cooked steaks were brought out 15 minutes later. Will never go there again.

   We ordered two salads and the waitress forgot and gave one to another table.when given another salad it didn’t have all the ingredients. The store ran out of ingredients on side dishes lobsters were kinda rubbery but fish and shrimp were ok it’s a chain so what do you expect.

    Surprised by the lack of clean chairs, all the pay machines were dirty, greasy and full of finer prints. The restaurant got a bit bust and took time to get food, biscuits didn't come until our food which was 40 minutes in to being seated. Very different experience this time.

    Everything was perfect about our meal. Our waitress was exceptionally good. Whitney is a waitress that goes well above what is expected. She is very attentive and went well above and beyond to ensure her quests have everything they need. Thank you for making our night out a perfect night.

    Only thing that was really great about red lobster was the service and our waitress Whitney ( I think thats how you speel her name and is sorry if it isn't) she was fantastic and awesome..food was alright just the usual Red Lobster lol.

    Made my reservation on open table for 6:00 and when I got to the restaurant, I was told that there were 6 people ahead of me even with my reservation. I was told that having a reservation did not guarantee my time.

    The experience was great with our server Kristen. She was amazing. Things were great minus the dog walking around the area of the restaurant. For a service animal, the animal had a t-shirt on and no required uniform or leash to be a service animal. There was very little controle over the animal. The staff was great.

    Food was not good, lettuce wilted, shrimp on skewers cold. Alot of help but not doing much. Bartender was our server not attentive at all. I had to ask them to turn music down do loud coukd not converse with the person next to you. Would not go back!

    Food was good as usual.Service was iffy.Didn’t get?any drink or biscuit refills,no crab leg cracker or no little fork for the meat,no extra napkins or wet wipes,no lemon for the seafood and salads came after the meals.Server was nowhere in sight for 15 minutes or longer and it wasn’t because he was busy.Not sure if he was just new or if this is the new Red Lobster way.Didn’t care for it at all…

    At 530 they had no baked potatoes. Would not be raspy for a hour. The steak that we order were not cooked as ordered. They offered to redo them but we didn’t want to wait

    Service was horrible, we were handed off to another server and he didn't check on us much. We waited about 40 minutes for food, employees didn't seem very personable. Food was great when this location now it seems subpar.

    There was five of us for dinner we were on the preferred waiting and it still took about 20 minutes to get seated after our reservation time. The food was very good except for the lobster bisque for some reason it was over salted and tasted terrible. The coconut shrimp was wonderful and the shrimp linguine also was wonderful. Our server was very good although we did have to ask a few times for water refills and to clear off our dishes I attribute this to staff shortages. All in all very clean nice place for dinner

    So AMAZING! We were looking forward to a great dinner at Red Lobster...got there at 6:15, pulled in to an EMPTY PARKING LOT WITH A CLOSED FACILITY!!!!!!! How do you not know if a business is closed???? Looked it up online when I got back, shows it closed online! Are you not aware???? Review: don't waste your time, eat somewhere else, check on the restaurant yourself before counting on your reservation with Open Table.

    Overall it just felt like everything is just sub par .. I know it’s just a chain but literally drinks were bad, appetizer tasted like they microwaved it and sent it out. Just overall a bad experience. And I hate being the person to send everything back but just disappointed. Had kids not even want to eat simple things like mac and cheese and fries and mozzarella sticks. Crab legs were fine, lobster tails not good though. Even the biscuits were under cooked and we didn’t get biscuits until the food was already served!! I don’t know if it was a staffing thing but in my opinion it was almost a complete waste of money.
