A great Durham location. We reserved our Sunday evening dinner and were whisked to out table right away on arrival. The service was good and the meals were to our satisfaction. The waitress even brought us additional buns on our request.

Lovely meal out, a booking isn’t a reservation so waiting 20-30 expect it. Super busy so super noisy but service was efficient and food was excellent. Never ending shrimp was very good but has gone up a fair bit. Mussels were lovely would have been perfect if shells weren’t crushed. Seafood filled mushrooms starter was lovely as of course were the red lobster rolls. A great night out in all if you’re not expecting a quiet date night.

Service was horrible. Mike, our server didn’t even do the bare minimum. Very sad service. Good took a VERY long time to come out. Taste was bland and off. Didn’t even get what ordered but there was as no one to correct the mistakes. Paid & left.

Getting too expensive, $9.00 for a bottle of beer, $22.00 for 3 shrimp entries, like 5 garlic shrimp, 5 walts breaded shrimp and alfredo shrimp and side, $9.00 for a 6 oz wine. all was fairly hot but alfredo was luke warm pasta and shrimp. Wouldn't go back as there are cheaper places to eat and good food. Frosty John's Bowmanville is our go to place as food is awesome and value priced. Would not drive to Oshawa again. Service was slower than usual as well. ALot has changed on the menu as well so just too much to read.

Honestly has been awhile since I have been and will for a fact be last. Food on menu (crab) not available required substitute. Steak was horrible and tough, forgot appetizers and never did return with salad ordered. If not called no check in. Manager did acknowledge and took apps off bill. Which is honorable. But overall not good.

Good service but felt being rushed to finish eating, perhaps due to volume of customers waiting in line. I had my mom with us (who’s elderly and slow in eating)… could have been a little sensitive.

This red lobster had come a long way from what it used to be. Service was quick and friendly, restaurant was very clean. We made a reservation, even though we were only 2. Food was super fresh and not overcooked. There are even pay to play stations at each table.

I've gone to this location previously when visiting my parents. My dad really enjoys good seafood so this is one restaurant we will go to as part of my visits. Everything was great ... the food was delicious and the service excellent. Mikhaila was our server ... very nice and knew the menu and you could tell she enjoys her job. I will go back on my next visit to Oshawa.

Had the Shrimp Trio which is always cooked just right and delicious. Trigss pino wine paired well. George is a great attentive server and social. Caesar salad and cheese buns are always good. Regulars at Red Lobster because never had a bad meal. They always try to accommodate.

Our server didn’t ask is we’re celebrating anything even through when I did prime seating with OpenTable I put down as birthday. She didn’t tell us about the menu that it was lobster fest. Never asked if we wanted more buns. Had to ask for cheese for a pasta. Didn’t really check on us she was more attentive to her other tables. Maybe because we were a table of two and we looked young but it was for my husbands 30th if he didn’t want seafood we probably would of gone somewhere else

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the GM Aravin quickly recognized us, as we had gone to the restaurant before. He went above and beyond to check in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were comfortable and the food was tasty. On top of that our server Taylor was also outstanding - the customer service stands out at the Red Lobster Oshawa location is what would bring us back again and again. Thanks so much for the amazing experience to you both. It made the date night that much more special.

We enjoyed the meals that we ordered. However, the reason we chose Red Lobster was for the crab meals of which they had none. We were told it was some sort of supply issue. The website indicates crab on their menu and nowhere did we see a note saying that they did not have crab at this time. It was a birthday lunch but kind of disappointing.
