The service was incredible. They were very attentive and food was timed perfectly! The crab queso dip was phenomenal and the rest of the meal was also great! It was a perfect date night!

Donny is the BEST server in Ottawa! Food was good (as Red Lobster can be). Wish they'd kept the reservation system that they had during the pandemic.

What a complete contrast from the Merivale Road location. St Laurent seated us promptly, took our order promptly, the food arrived promptly, our waiter was attentive and kept coming back to check on us. I believe the servers at Merivale road should be sent to the St Laurent location to receive some much needed training.

I used priority seating and quickly I had a table. Very good service and food. We didn't have to wait long for the plates to arrive. Very satisfied

I came in for lunch for a friend, dining hall was pretty quiet, we were happy. Service was pleasant, but slow. Lunch was delivered on a hot plate and the portions were surprisingly big and tasty (we both took some food home). Overall experience was good, and we will be back, Thanks Red Lobster!!

Rapport qualité/prix en chute libre. Très bon service aux tables mais les plats ne sortent pas de la cuisine. Au fil comme des années comme bien d’autres endroits c’est de moins en moins bon!

Le point faible a été à l’accueil. L’hôte avait l’air de vouloir être n’importe où sauf là… très mauvaise première impression. J’espère que c’était un mauvais jour pour lui et que normalement il a plus d’entrain.

We enjoyed the meal with the family. Fresh produce. Server Dana was awesome. She loves her job and it shows by how she engaged all customers. It was quiet and dimly lit, if you like that ambience.

We really going to Red Lobster and the food is really delicious and always get great service. It has a nice ambiance and very clean. It could get loud when really busy, but it never has bothered us. So, if this would bother you, recommend to go earlier before the crowds go in for dinner. Their signature drinks are always yummy and good :) I have heard their virgin ones are good too :) Yes, you could have a long wait time on the weekend, but recommend the priority seating with OpenTable, which is awesome! Thanks Red Lobster to have OpenTable and thanks to OpenTable! Cheers!

It was fantastic. Server was very attentive, warm and fun, we immediately felt comfortable and had a blast. The server and host also congratulated us on our anniversary and it was really considerate. Food tasted great, was served quickly, and it was a huge amount of food for the price. This experience reignited my love for large restaurant chains.
