Everything was great. Our server was amazing. My steak was very salty. I had to cut away at the top layer to avoid the salt. Very excessive.

Wait staff is always an issue, not sure if they have two many tables to cover leaving less time to check on you. Staff were friendly and all.

Good food for the value. Waitress was friendly & knowledgeable. We watched several tables being sanitized for the next guests during 'Covid' & could not have been more impressed with the attention paid to sanitizing anything that a guest might touch.

Brought our crew there for Christmas, our server Mike has to be the best server I have had in years! Mike was attentive without being pushy, helped some of us pick out our food. Drinks were on time and so was the food. I hope Mike understood he was great with the tip I left him.

We were seated right away. Our drink order was quick. We placed our food order and received buns. We waited 45 minutes for our meals and at NO time did she come back offering us more buns drinks etc or apologize for the wait the entire time. Another waitress brought our meals. No apology after I complained about the ridiculous wait time. Not impressed!!!!

While the food quality and service was above average, the dollar value was much to be desired. This location seem tight on space as you could tell by the service staff having to turn sideways as the two people crossed paths between the booths and the wall. We found this restaurant loud, and general conversations could not be had without raising our voices. I am not sure if this is because of the customers or just the layout and low ceilings. Overall, we would give this place a 3.5

Have to say this was one of the worst meals we have had in Canada all the time we have being comming to Canada. We are a family of four who have being comming to Canada from England since 2002 for our holidays and have always promise my son I would take him to Red Lobster and this is the first year we have done it. Sorry to say we were so disappointed! My son had the lobster meal & we had steak and fish & chips, steak was tough and so small the fish was dry same as the lobster. The starters did not even come together they were like 10mins apart! Having heard so much about the Red lobster and how good the meals were I can only say that was the first and last time we will visit one. So disappointed
