Red Lobster - Winnipeg
Waitress was very attentive. She even gave me a complimentary sundae as were we’re celebrating my bday and included extra sauce for leftovers without us asking.
Food was good but not hot enough
I enjoyed the food at Red Lobster. Food is fresh and good tastes. The service was excellent. The deserve was delicious. Like the chocolate cake. There was no noisy at that time. The price was excellent on Friday special.
My family and friend family were happy with food. We rate outstanding.
As usual, excellent food and service.
We enjoy the friendly staff at Red Lobster. The manager visited our table and we were able to explain how exceptional the staff is at Red Lobster. We enjoy the lobster topped potato and this time appreciated the birthday ! Thank you Jessica T and Kyle for making our visit to Red Lobster such an outstanding success. Our family feel so pampered. Many Thanks
Our server, Kyle, was amazing.
He knew just what to say to make my mom blush as we celebrated her "almost 70th" birthday.
He made our night enjoyable and relaxing.
It was a typical Red Lobster get together. Wait at the front for your name to be called (with the Open Table request we waited about 5 minutes). We got our table, food, and had a great server. I think we were there for about 2 hours and didn’t have anything to complain about.
Good food as usual, very quiet, not full
We Have Been Customers At This Restaurant Since It opened Many long years ago We Come to A Specialty Seafood Restaurant To Enjoy Seafood! Regrettably this did not happen. I ordered What I Believe Was Your Most Expensive Seafood Platter And Received Food That Appeared To Have Been Yesterdays Leftovers ,Frozen And Re _thawed. Tough And Soggy. I Also Did Not Appreciate The Platter Being Inflated With Excessive Amounts Of Potato Wedges And Garlic Sausage. I Can Purchase These In Much Better Quality At A greatly Reduced Cost From My Locak Ukrainian Deli Should I Wish Them. Again I Repeat We Come To A Seafood Restaurant For Quality Seafood And This Did Not Happen
I enjoyed my company, the food was ok
Great service as always. Tasty and fresh food.
Open Table preferred seating worked out perfectly.
Great food, the service was alright I had to get up and ask my waitress for a side ceaser salad and a rye and coke because she wasn’t coming back to my table for awhile. Once asked it came out promptly
I found the portion extremely small for the price of the meal. Additionally, if you remotely tried to compare the photos in the menu to what was actually presented you would find it smaller and plated very sloppily.
Didn’t have to wait long even though it was busy, had great service.
I ordered the seafarers feast. The lobster was done perfectly. All too often, in chain restaurants, the lobster is overcooked. The shrimp was very good. The scallops were also cooked properly. Overall a very enjoying dining experience.
I wasn’t feeling well the next day. I was sick and and had bathroom issues from the lobster Mac and cheese. The waitress was friendly and kept checking on us
everything was wonderful. The service, and the food was so good. WE will tell our friends and
and we will be back again. Again thank you.
I took my Beautiful Daughter Izzy on a Daddy - Daughter Date 😁
I love Red Lobster and come often. The food is consistently good, and now with open table i don't have to wait a long time to get in.
The food, services was excellent
We were sorted 10 minutes before booking time
Food was served hot and appealing
Noise level was over the top
We were seated beside a large table with many loud talkers
Was hard to have a coNversation
Took fun out of a nice evening - not your fault
I really like Open Table
Food was not good last time I visited. Lobster and shrimps were salty, steak was mediocre and only thing was good were the drinks. Definitely not recommended for 100$ total(+tips) just for 2 on a night out.
Our favourite place to get together, however the washroom is always a disappointment, needs more upkeep and washroom was out of toilet paper, counters a mess and paper towels everywhere.
Otherwise everything was great
Saturday is a busy night but we were seated at a table very quickly. The service was quite fast also.
Nice waitress, delicious food. Thanks!
We have been patrons of Red Lobster for years. Over the years we have seen the portions getting smaller. Now we were told they do not offer the soup or salad option before the entree. Truthfully, we are looking for a new seafood restaurant.
I thought, I would be enjoying this experience. For this reasons, the food was bland than I expected and it was reserved cold temperature. For the service, our server provided great service but on other hand the hosts need some work on customer service and communication on reservation.
Excellent every time - shorter wait time with open table. Good food good service
I can't wrap my head why there are not more Red Lobsters in Winnipeg. Every time we go, it's packed. If Red Lobster is reading this, please consider East Side of Winnipeg for a new location. It's time and I can't see how a new location could not be a profitable venture.
It took a little while to get in, but other than that, our experience was great! Our server was quick, and very friendly. The food came out very quickly, as well.
It was everything I hoped for !
All you can eat shrimp is amazing and for the low price of 21.99
The food was excellent. Each different type of shrimp had it's own flavour and presentation and we really appreciated this. Our server, Rachelle, was definitely very attentive and efficient. She was very busy and yet we never had to wait to order a different type of shrimp, she would come and ask us before we were finished with our present selection if we were ready for more and/or another variety. She was courteous, pleasant, friendly and very attentive to our every need. We definitely tried a good variety of shrimps and never made to feel that we were exaggerating in our requests. We also appreciated that the manager took the time to inquire, while we were eating, if we were pleased with our meal and if there was anything more he could do for us. He even returned to our table at the end of our meal to thank us for selecting Red Lobster and to chat a bit. We told him we would appreciate having another Red Lobster at our end of town (where there used to be one close to the University of Manitoba). I am sorry, I forgot to note down his name after he introduced himself. All in all it was a VERY pleasant experience and we will definitely return.
Our server, Scarlet was excellent. Friendly & attentive. Excellent food! All you can eat shrimp was a great surprise!!
Great service, and amazing food. Thanks to our server ally!
Food, service, and presentation was all great. Very pleasurable experience all around
Reservation system leaves a lot of room for improvement, cant reserve more than 6,
Tried calling to reserve for 4 adults and 2 children one requiring a high chair, they couldn't fit us in.
Reserved through open table a table for 5 since the 6th was a 2 year old that would require a high chair not a actually seat or chair.
Arrived at the restaurant early and were told they couldn't seat us as in the words of the staff " they didn't have a table for 6 and the 2 year old couldn't sit on the floor"
The assistant manager eventually sat us in the bar area where there was a table available
Very frustrating process overall.
We had a great time celebrating my birthday.
My food was good. My wife didn’t like her’s nor did my son. No gluten free menu, they handed me the nutritional chart to figure it out myself.
