    Food was great & service excellent. My second time at Reflections bringing two special friends at different occasions to have the awesome experience I had. Thanks to my son Paulo who introduced me to Reflections! No regrets at all.

    I loved our visit to Reflections, this rooftop has a beautiful atmosphere and decor. The food was really good and service was really wonderful too! It was a great place to go before the Beyoncé concert! I recommend before any downtown events, it's the perfect vibe. For food I really enjoyed the jumbo prawns, I am immediately thinking about it! And the lobster tacos were really yummy too! ❤️

    I'm sharing my recent dining experience at Reflections Rooftop Bar for brunch. A group of five of us gathered to celebrate a friend's 29th birthday, looking forward to enjoying the beautiful rooftop setting, delicious food, and drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the service provided by our server. Throughout our 2-3 hour dining experience, her attitude was distant and lacked enthusiasm. At one point, she left us unattended for almost one hour. Even when a sixth person joined our party towards the end of our meal, our server should have acknowledged our new guest or inquired about additional drink orders. This prompted us to leave as our experience showed no signs of improvement. A particularly troubling aspect of our visit was our server handling the gratuity policy. We were informed that parties of six or more would automatically have an 18% gratuity added, a practice we fully support. However, for those in our group who paid by card, Our server took it upon herself to add the tip using the card machine without consulting us. This goes against the principle that gratuity should be earned through exceptional service. Furthermore, she misleadingly suggested that only card payments would be subject to auto-gratuity, which further exacerbated our dissatisfaction because we know this isn't true. Having worked in the service industry ourselves, we understand the importance of exceptional service and warm hospitality in creating positive guest experiences. Regrettably, our visit to Reflections Rooftop Bar failed to meet these standards and cast a shadow on our friend's birthday celebration. We hope this incident was addressed with the server, as it reflects poorly on the establishment. Exceptional service should be the cornerstone of any successful restaurant, and, unfortunately, our experience fell short of this standard. We hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.

    I was there celebrating my birthday and I throughly enjoyed myself. The food was amazing and the customer service was good. At my table we had the French toast with a side of eggs & bacon and the Lobster Benedict. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would definitely come back again. They surprised me with a trio chocolate mousse that was heavenly.

    We went for my friends Bachelorette party and it was a lovely atmosphere. Food selection wasn't a lot but we ordered items to share and it was all good. Loved the decor and vibe

    The server, Magda and the manager on duty, David were taking care of us very well. Checking up on us with a reasonable pace. Not too much to pause our conversation and time or we left out. Great rooftop theme and we enjoyed the first visit. Good service, great presentation of the cocktails and reasonable snack on the table.

    Reflections reception desk staff offer a warm greeting. Our server was exceptional as were the other staff. For such a nice restaurant I still wish there were hardcopy menus available. And an actual pepper grinder. The food was delicious. Thank you.

    The ambience was good. Our server was lovely. I found the food just mediocre for the price and taste. I didn’t care at all for the beef skewers. The chicken skewers were much tastier. Drink prices were high. Particularly knowing that the same drink we had in the hotel lobby was $19 but as soon as we went upstairs and ordered it again, the price jumped to $24.

    Another great night thanks to the team at Reflections! Went for a few drinks with a friend and the servers/manager were very kind when we had some questions.     Our server, taufiq, was great. Food and drinks were all beautiful and so delicious. The manager, David, brought us a dessert as we were celebrating a special occasion. He made our night. We’ll be back again soon!

    Drinks were nice, but the service was poor. Not sure if they were just understaffed, but took over an hour to place a food order and they kept forgetting our order leading to delays. Cost of the food was a bit high for what it was.

    You are paying for the ambience which was worth going at happy hour! We ordered the jerk chicken flatbread. I would have been upset at the lack of flavour if it wasn’t on the happy hour menu. We had excellent friendly service and were able Ben asked if we wanted to get another drink order in before end of the happy hour.

    It's a great place, but the food is probably not what you expect. Is not bad, but also is not that good. Staff is really kind and nice, the place is beautiful, but I don't think I will go back again.

    It was an amazing “first time” experience at the Reflections for my friend & I. My son told me about Reflections and its beautiful patio. It is a “must go” to place to enjoy great food, service & ambiance. After being there last Sunday, my son was totally right! We will be back.

    Place is pleasant. Food is good. Service was very nice. Unfortunately, as with many restaurants, the music is very loud and lacking in any artistry. The usual crappy muzak you hear all the time. There is a water feature which was also too loud but if turned down it would sufficient to create a pleasant garden ambiance.

    staff are uninviting, waiting staff did not see us for at least 15 minutes and then we were brought the wrong drinks. Food items were either way too bland or way too salty. Over all would only recommend for ambience.

    Went for brunch, which was a basic, overpriced hotel breakfast disguised by really nice atmosphere. Service was blah (which was surprising since we stayed in the hotel and experienced exceptional service throughout).
