    Made a reservation in October got there right on time only to be told we would have to wait 1 hour for a table. The food was cold, service was slow and nothing was done to make up for the 1 hour delay.

    Despite having a reservation for 7:45pm, our table was not ready until 9:00pm. What’s the point in having reservations at that point.

    We were booked for 730pm, we didn’t get a table til 830pm. I think they over booked but also it is a really time of the year. Mgr gave us pre drinks while waiting, but we were late for our next event which we weren’t so happy about. Also no plates or napkins for give to eat our food, they forgot. But it’s ok I guess.. it happens. Ambience was amazing..

    I come here every year and was very disappointed this year. The people beside us were hammered and really impacted our experience. Someone had their bare toes on the table beside us and they were so drunk that they toppling into us. We got moved luckily, but it was to a very cold spot. Slow service - not magical like it used to be in the past :(

    Always a fun outing during the holidays. Drinks were fun and the food was great. Our server was great, but the overall experience was dampened by other staff not giving the service I have come to know. A pleasant greeting and seating would have set a more enjoyable tone.

    We went for the Winter Terrence, have been here before in the summertime. Our reservations were for 915 and we were seated at 9:45. Last call for drinks and food was 1030. It is a beautiful ambience very festive! Nice appetizers but the drinks were OK. A bit disappointed with the drinks. Reflections rooftop. Definitely needs to figure out a better way to have people waiting instead of waiting in line in front of the washrooms, etc. all in all if you’re looking for a festive place to hang out, it’s great. Recommendation is to sit inside instead of the outside patio area. It does get a little bit cold outside. The inside part is beautiful! Do call ahead and make sure that you are seated inside.

    My friends and I were amazed by the beautiful ambiance, the lights were pretty incredible. Our server was really friendly and funny but was incredibly busy! The food was good, not exceptional so I had higher hopes given the price of the food and drinks. But I think the high cost of food probably goes towards their electricity bill which I think was worth it!

    If you’re seated in the pretty, beautifully decorated areas that all the advertising shows, then I’m sure it’s lovely. But we were seated in a tented area in the back that doesn’t have the ambience of the rest of the space. More noticeable later when looking at photos and there are literally tarps making up the walls. Shame on them really. It’s super popular and they want to eek out every dollar they can. The whole point of going is the decor and ambience. We had some appies and one drink and went elsewhere. Even though we were a group large enough for a 2 hr seating, by the time our order was taken we were told we had 1.5 hrs remaining. Also busy and confusing at the elevator and entrance as tables aren’t ready for reservations. Leads me to believe that if the beautiful people sitting in the pretty areas are buying the $40 drinks, they aren’t asked to leave when they are supposed to. Disappointing, it’s surprising to feel duped as I’ve never experienced that at any restaurant in the city. If they lowered capacity, they wouldn’t have a need for the tarped space in the back and it would be a more pleasant experience for everyone. Go to the Wedgewood or a Fairmont for a festive drink.

    We didn't eat so I said 3 * for food but not really a fair question for me. I love the atmosphere - beautiful. But the service was not great. She was a very friendly server but not quick enough. Thank you.

    Beautiful atmosphere. Food and drinks are delicious but very pricey. Server kept reminding us of how much time we had left which ruined the visit. I know its restaurant policy but anyone who is reminded about their time limit on 6 times in an hour would feel unwelcome.

    I had been looking forward to going out. With my current financial situation it is not often that I can afford to eat and drink out. The prices were exceptionally high and then to be asked to leave within 90 minutes, I think, is unreasonable. I will ensure going forward to check dining policies. Will not return under these conditions.

    We had a lovely time. The Christmas decorations are beautiful. Great place to take photos. Atmosphere was vibrant and energetic. Service is excellent and the food presentation very nice.

    Waitress was very slow. Restaurant was busy and she seemed to be the only server working and she appeared to be run off of her feet. For the price we paid for drinks and food we expected more and we left disappointed

    Food was delicious and server was excellent. The tables were jammed together and the space felt uncomfortably crowded. The noise level was very loud making it impossible to talk and enjoy your conversation. Would not return due to feeling cramped, crowded and unable to enjoy a conversation with your friends despite excellent food and service.

    The experience was okay-ish. Burners pf the section we were seated didn’t work so we literally froze in the cold. The service was slow which is surprising for the timelimit given at the front desk even before entering. Food and drinks were average. Very expensive for the value of experience. If you can’t lower the price, you should work on improving the experience for customers which was below average at the moment. An honest money waste.

    I was a bit worried about our reservation because I read all the terrible reviews from last week. I just want to say that the service was impeccable (granted, it was lunch time on a Weds). We were seated (and our choice of table was graciously changed at our request), water, drinks and a server all appeared in short order. Food came in a timely and logical fashion and was tasty. The cocktail I ordered was delicious. Overall, a very good experience for my partner's birthday.

    We all enjoyed the small plates but we are not big eaters and most people would not get enough to eat with such a small portion. 30.00 for 2 x 3 inch tacos is not enough to eat for most. The ambience is lovely but, at these prices, the table should not be wobbly and the exclusion of a real menu ( ie, one not on our phone) is not customer appropriate for those who can afford these prices. Still some work to do to get my repeat business.

    My friends and I had a great time at Reflections. The cocktails and food were amazing and the ambiance was festive and lovely. But there were a couple downsides.. One downside was all reservations were pushed by 30-40 minutes and unfortunately we weren't notified ahead of time, we were only informed once we arrived to the check in desk. We noticed that the other groups that were waiting were offered champagne but when my friends and I inquired about the champagne for ourselves, we were declined. And we didn’t get anything else to apologize for the wait. And the second downside was we were seated in of the corners by the window and it was quite chilly despite there being a heater next to us.

    Arrived on time for reserved time, waited almost an hour for a table with a crowd of other guests with reservations. Nowhere to sit, nowhere to hang wet coats, everyone cranky about the wait - ruined the mood before ever getting inside, not the festivity we hoped for.

    We booked our reservation a week in advance and were so excited to celebrate a girls night out and our friends recent job promotion. We arrived at 7 and were seated timely. We were not greeted by anyone or received waters until 7:50. We then asked for the manager to be sent over and after hearing our concerns, David (the manager) came by with a round of Prosecco for us and took our appetizer order. We had truffle fries arrive at the table (We ordered jumbo prawns) and were told to keep them while we waited. All of our appetizers had arrived to the table at 8:10, by 845 no one had come over to check on us, offer another round of drinks, or to take our main orders. We asked for the bill and it came quickly along with a dessert (which we did not want as we decided at this point to elsewhere for dinner) We’re extremely disappointed in the service and lack of care we received from management. Our server was obviously very overwhelmed and did not seem to have any help at all. We were excited for a night out and are so beyond frustrated that we wasted 2 hours of our night on one round of drinks and barely any food.

    This is a nice location, despite the rain it felt cozy thanks to the heaters that are located throughout the restaurant. Our server was knowledgeable, professional, and made good recommendations. The food is overpriced, in my opinion, but still very delicious. Because of this I would not frequent the establishment with any regularity, keeping it in mind for special occasions only.

    Our experience at reflections winter terrace was just ‘ok’. The ambience and beauty of this restaurant can’t be beat if you’re looking for a magical Christmas dining experience. However, we found the service to be extremely lacking. Our server was not friendly and did not make our visit feel special on any level and we felt like we were forgotten, and a hassle when we asked for anything. No cutlery or napkins at the table even after our food was served. Our table was very uncomfortable for actually eating a full dinner at as they were low little tables meant more for perhaps cocktails and appetizers? Also, the menu is very limited and everything is incredibly expensive. We found the food to be super average. Cocktails were amazing and honestly if I were to visit again it would be just to experience the magical Christmas vibe and have a cocktail but I don’t recommend this place for dinner. Way over priced for the quality and taste of food.

    Was super excited to come back for their winter terrace because a few years ago it was so absolutely fun. Brought 4 people with me because I kept raving about reflections unfortunately I left feeling more embarrassed and let down. Walking into the the restaurant was great, amazing decor and loved the staffs uniform…. However the menu was seriously sad compared to previous years, half the items we did try to order they didn’t have it in stock which was a let down. Our server unfortunately seemed very stand off ish and like she wasn’t in the mood to be there coming from a server I get it there is off nights but it was so hard to even try to make a convo or ask about what she likes on the menu. The drinks were alright I wish we coulda had the Moscow mule but ended up getting the grinch since they were out of ginger beer. The grinch tasted like toothpaste with a very thick consistency. Our food delivery was all over the place, all my friends ate their food and got second round of drinks before my food even came out. I had to ask about it and the server just looked unimpressed with no quality check or anything till I asked about my dish she then asked if we are ok? And have received everything. Sadly my friends and I were left very unimpressed. Probably won’t be back unfortunately.

    I will try to be as clear as possible, me and my partner who are well travelled professionals were looking forward to going, however its totally overrated and over priced. Spending money in Vancouver when you go out for dinner and drinks is a given, we have no problem with that, but can you please explain to me why 1 cocktail is priced at $25.00? This is not the Waldorf in London guys, this is Vancouver, beautiful city but lets be real. A 5oz glass of ordinary wine is also $25.00 more or less, more expensive than the bottle itself. Lets also mention that you are told you have 90 mins and then need to leave.... really? There are lots of pretty lights hanging everywhere and its busy but again its not the Ritz rooftop in PARIS, its the principle that counts here and I personally feel offended when I am taken advantage of.

    Well we had made a reservation and they put us way in the back, It didnt make sense that we werent in the main area. I think our server forgot about us alot cause we were so out of the way, drinks and food took a really long time

    It was quite busy at around 1:30pm when we went last Dec 3rd. A bit slow in service. However our server was really nice and accommodating. My Yogi Bowl was delicious but a bit pricey!

    Very nice environment. Little cool. Drink quite pricey and could have been served in prettier glass considering the price. Still loved it although if you go on Sunday have the brunch as it’s basically the same price as your drink. lol.

    Went for their holiday brunch with a friend. Ordered the Lobster Benedict and Heaven in a Bowl. The lobster Benedict was really good but the portion sizes of both dishes to price is a little steep (especially for brunch). The ambience and decorations were very pretty though.
