    Cocktails and food are very overpriced, the decoration is nice but I don’t think it’s worth the cost for food and drinks. The hostess who greeted us was great but our server although polite, had a rough attitude

    A wonderful ambience- all beautiful decorated for Christmas. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. The food was a little pricey though - but it’s Christmas

    We had a reso for 8pm, was told they were running 10-15 minutes late when we arrived, no problem. The host said we could go and wait in the lobby and we would get a text message when our table was ready. We decided to wait in the corridor instead of heading downstairs. We never got a text message and we didn’t get sat until 9pm. We were also not communicated with or acknowledged for being sat an hour late. Our server was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The cocktails took 15 minutes to arrive. She told us she was last calling our table after being there for an hour and brought us our bills and made us pay before we were even finished our cocktails. I understand that it’s the busy holiday season, but we had poor customer service and hospitality throughout our whole experience. We were really looking forward to visiting Reflections as it was many of our party’s first time, but we were very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning.

    10 min late and called as they say but only was able to leave vm and no acknowledgement. Had to valet so we can get to our reservation but was given away. Explanation didn’t make sense because they said no walk ins and yet reservation was given away. Unfortunate for a nice place. Heard from the attendant that there’s been many complaints about the same experience. Then she said she’ll put down for a table and told us to wait in lobby and she will call but it didn’t happen. Worst experience ever! If you’re late be prepared to argue. Why have a reservation system when all the happens is to fill the room as quickly as possible with walk ins. Not impressed!

    i have been coming here for years during winter time & this was the worst service i’ve ever received. we told our waiter we had a severe peanut allergy at the table while he was bringing out the pretzels & peanuts. he proceeded to ask the rest of us if we could have them and we said no, peanuts cannot be at our table. the lady who brought our food out was miserable and waited for us to clear the table to make room for herself to put the plates down. someone should’ve cleared the empty cups from our table before the food came. i don’t believe it is our job as guests to clear the table for staff. we understood we had a 1.5 hour limit, but the way our server came over and said “you have 25 minutes left” was a bit unprofessional. it was clear to us that the restaurant cares more about folding over the tables than guest enjoyment.

    Our seating was terrible. Sat us at some patio side table and small stools, we ended up not ordering dinner because there was not enough room. Took 20 min to order our drinks, then another 20 min for our server come back to take our food order. She came back and told us we had 25 min left. The food and drinks were certainly not worth the price. There was another customer screaming at someone because they gave her table away. I will never go back here and will be telling others.

    This is an annual tradition I have with my dear friend and again it was the most wonderful way to start the holiday season. The staff were amazing especially Laila- she made us feel very special.

    I am beyond appalled at how bad this experience was. Arrived 10 mins before our reservation time of 8pm and was told they hadn’t even sat the 7:30 reservations so we would have to wait in this tiny cramped corridor. 35 mins go by with still no sign of being sat. By about 8:45 we finally get offered a table only to be shuffled to an outdoor makeshift plastic camping tent no where near the Christmas decor in the main part of the restaurant. Keep in mind we booked this as a birthday surprise and requested to be on a high top table. The seats we got put in were wet and freezing with no menus or QR code to scan no decor or music. Another 30 mins and the server finally came by asking what we wanted only to realize we didn’t have menus out in that god forsaken plastic tent. We honestly should have just walked out. Trying to salvage our experience and ordered drinks and food. Another 35 mins go by and still no drinks but now they are serving us everything we order appies and entrees at the same time in this chaotic fury on these tiny lopsided tables that we ended up having to eat out of our laps. About 15 mins after our food arrives we finally get a cocktail. Which we’re awful to say in the least. I cannot fathom how they think they can charge $30 for the worst cocktails in the city. As for anyone wondering I was a professional bartender for 15 years in multiple fine dining establishments and would have never served such horrid drinks. We ate what we could everything was insanely overly salty and my risotto rice was under cooked so for $40+ a plate I was just in shock of how bad this situation was. Our server was clearly over sat as we only saw her about every 40 mins and she was scrambling to keep up. All in all avoid this place. It’s not worth the money or the time. The entire management team should be fired for allowing a restaurant to operate in such a poor manner and based on other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence at this place. What a joke.

    We were very disappointed with the disrespectful attitude towards people. Making people wait 30 minutes or more for their pre-booked table in a small stuffy corridor is disgusting. After 40 minutes of waiting, we were offered a table in the fourth row, with small overturned crates where plates and utensils couldn't even fit. I reserved a table, not a knee-high crate that makes it impossible to eat. We couldn't order from the main menu because it's impossible to eat behind these crates. We settled for appetizers, which tasted okay but weren't worth the money. When we expressed our frustration after 40 minutes, they offered us a proper table and brought champagne as consolation, but the mood was already ruined, and we decided to go home. We regret choosing this place to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We wanted to spend money and enjoy ourselves, but instead, we got a ruined celebration. I wouldn't recommend this place where they treat their customers so disrespectfully to anyone.

    We were seated near two openings to outside. Even with coats, blankets and a heater, it was still chilly as kitchen staff and customers are constantly walking in and out. The menu is quite expensive, cocktail prices have increased since our last visit and the overall experience was not as good as our previous visit. Our waitress was however very friendly and helpful.

    Beautiful spot! So pretty and festive, however, it felt so rushed. They keep a very strict hour and a half but it took awhile to get our drink orders and 40 minutes in they were asking for food to ensure we would be able to eat as they needed the table back in 50 minutes. Cocktails and food are rather pricey for what you get. It’s a cool spot to check out but one visit is more than enough. Too pricey and too rushed hard to enjoy

    For such an exceptional venue and pricey menu, the food was underwhelming and really quite terrible. Not a lot of selection and sloppy. We had the Bianco pizza which was soaking in truffle oil and the pot stickers which were just sloppily served and the taste was awful. A definite disappointment given the beautiful location and ambience.

    Our first visit was outstanding, with the lovely atmosphere, the Christmas decorations which are spectacular, and music playing in the background. A very inviting feel and the staff are so attentive and accommodating. This was a special treat for my friend and me. We did select a table towards the center of the room, which was very comfortable. Lots of portable heaters to keep us warm. Our server was very polite and treated us to their warmed apple cider which was the best I've ever tasted. I wish I could remember our server's name; she was wonderful. We are planning to go back for another lunch in the not-too-distant future. I must say 'Thank You' to Ashley Szczepaniak and Oksana for the invitation. I would highly recommend you treat yourselves to the Rosewood Christmas Terrace.

    The waiting area is extremely small while waiting to get in which was annoying. Took about 20 minutes for a waitress to come and grab an order. Food was great when it actually came out but she did forget about a order but re ordered after about 20 minutes when she came back to check in us. Drinks are extremely overpriced, food was reasonable. Wouldn’t go back.

    Our server, Sophie was attentive and was offering the right amount of check-ins and refilling our water glasses without us asking. Her and restaurant manager, David gave us wonderful holiday recommendations for the festive holiday cocktails. After learning that we’re doing a celebration, David also arranged for surprise dessert and Sparkler to our table. That was a really nice touch!

    My partner and I celebrated his birthday with some cocktails and appetizers at the Winter Terrace. It was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish, with amazing drink selections and delicious menu items. The cherry on top was our incredible server Sophie, she was very attentive but not intrusive and even brought out a delicious dessert on the house! Thank you for our favourite dining experience while visiting downtown Vancouver, we will be back!

    Sadly, what should have been a wonderful evening at Reflections turned into a disappointment. We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation, the manager tried to rectify the delay with complementary bubbles which was appreciated. We had made it very clear multiple times that one of our guest's had a severe nut allergy, every dish we ordered was brought to the table with some form of nuts on the plate. I can appreciate a one off event where it may have been missed, but for every appetizer to contain them is unacceptable. Truly disappointed, we expected a lot more from Reflections.

    Our waitress was very nice and friendly, and it probably wasn't her fault that our drinks and dinners came at all different times. However, that is not great service when 3 people have their orders and 1 gets theirs 8 minutes later. The food was good, but I suggest you get some share plates because the entrees were small enough that you probably need to go to McDonald's on your way home. The Brussel sprouts were particularly good, as were the $30 for 2 lobster tacos.

    Reservation was for 6pm, weren’t seated until 6:30pm. A reservation showed up 30min late, for their 6pm reservation, and which was somehow still honoured, even though there were 15 people who showed up on time, waiting to be sat, and the late reservation was sat before us. We were sat outside, which wasn’t what I asked for in the reservation, but apparently there were no other table options. We ordered everything at once, 2 simple drinks, and 2 food items - 1 food item came about 5min after ordering. 10min later one of our drinks showed up. 5 min after that the other drink was delivered , and 5min after that our 2nd food item arrived. On a positive note, the food was excellent, but we didn’t get to eat together.

    We were asked to leave our table in 1.5hrs even though we hadn't finished our drinks. The server actually came to our table to say that we must go. The waiter messed up the order and was not attentive at all. Drinks are overpriced. Limited food options that taste very mediocre. The patio is beautiful but not worth the hype.

    Not worth the hype unfortunately in our opinion. The food tasted like it was a pre made flatbread, the drink service took over 10 minutes per round for simple drinks like wine and vodka soda. Other than for a quick pic this place is not recommended.

    This was the worst experience I have had. We ended up leaving and going to Baccus. We were seated at 1:30 ordered a bottle of Prosecco and we waited half an hour for our drinks only to be told that they were still chilling the bottle. Then we were told it was last call for brunch. That was what we wanted to order and still had no drinks. We decided to leave. Definitely a waste of time.

    Very disappointed. Our heaven in a bowl was missing the pulled short rib. When we notified the staff, they simply brought a bowl of short rib rather than remaking the whole dish. I wasn't asked if I was done (there was still French toast on the table) and the waiter grabbed my fork and knife. When I told him I was still eating he put it back down after already touching it with his dirty hands. Finally, your kitchen didn't have mayonnaise. I would expect MUCH better from a restaurant in Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Very very disappointing.

    I was excited for our brunch experience here as I had watched the Instagram posts- overall ambiance was nice and different but I expected it to be a little more Christmas feeling or more spectacular. The service was super slow and some staff were rude and did not have a welcoming approach.

    The only thing that saved this place was the food, which really was amazing. The service was slow and very inattentive. We were cold and asked for the heater to please be turned up, we asked 2 times, and it never was turned up. Finally the gas ran out and they replaced it but this was already 55mins after we were seated. During this time, we were never offered more coffee, even though we had made it very clear we were cold. We had to chase a server down for more cream and sugar when we did get a refill. It took over an hour for our food to finally come out. Tables around us were also complaining. We even started talking to a visitor to Vancouver in the bathroom and they were saying how this was the worst service they had experienced while staying in Vancouver. Everyone working there just looked miserable. Then the Manager came over to ask how our brunch was going, we let her know our discontent for everything, other than the food. She brought us out a complimentary sticky pudding for the 4 of us to share to say sorry, which ended up having a hair inside the ice cream. The entire experience was completely unsatisfying. Worst serving experience we’ve all had in quite some time. Definitely not what was expected from this restaurant. None of us will be back, nor would we ever recommend it. If I could give it zero stars I would. I understand being busy, and things not going to plan, however the lack of customer service was outstanding. No follow up, or checking in at all by any server, other than the a manager, but I suspect that is because she knew we were not content. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

    Excellent experience to go with friends and the food options were good. I’d suggest to include green juice and other and more vegan and healthy options as portions are big. Our waitress was very kind and attentive! But the hostess doesn’t know what a smile looks like.

    I booked a reservation a week early to check Winter Terrace out. However, my guest and I waited 40+ minutes despite the reservation. Other guests who did NOT book a reservation and came as a walk-in got a seat before us. Also, waited 30+ minutes for just drinks.

    Overbooked and continued to take walk-ins. Arrived ten minutes before our reso and was instructed to wait with 20 other people (seemingly walk-ins) in the small corridor. I could be wrong but I believe this would be a fire code violation. Stop seating people if you don't have tables - this is not a nightclub. Furthermore, those that do not have a reservation should not be waiting in the corridor. They should be instructed to leave and receive a text message approximately 10 minutes prior to their table being available for seating. Eventually we were seated at the bar and were offered complimentary sparkling which other tables received as well while we waited for our seat. The bar seat that we booked was not available (the people wouldn't leave) so we were seated at a table for four next to a cold water fountain and stared into plastic at approximately 8:40. This is now 50 minutes from our arrival at the front door. The libations: I fully comprehend what a dirty martini is however who decided to make this a feature cocktail? The Olive brine was terrible and why would pair that with Gray Goose which is supposed to be a premium product. It completely negates the reason of having a premium vodka. When we were leaving a person who I believe was the manager apologized again for people not leaving their tables in a timely fashion. We explained that we just came from "Le crocodile" and they were very much on their service, on their game and insured that there was no confusion about the dining time we had with them. And the response was, we'll we are high end establishment. I would say opposite based on this experience and to be honest, this establishment is a joke.
