    We were blown away by the holiday lunch buffet. Highly attentive service, reasonable price for AYCE in a top-tier hotel, and I was particularly impressed with the salmon. In my experience, it's almost always overcooked at buffets but that was not the case here. Loved the Oreo cheesecake too. Plus it was not nearly as noisy as buffets often are. We will be back!

    The service was incredible and we really appreciated our server refering to us by name. It's a small detail in a restaurant that pays attention to all the small details to insure a great dining experience. Our food was cooked to perfection and presented in a timely fashion. This was one of the finest dining experiences we have had during one of our many visits to toronto. In a word EXCEPTIONAL!

    We had Victoria who was absolutely lovely! She was quick, very friendly and knew the menu well! I would most definitely recommend Reign to anyone going to Toronto!

    Excellent food and service was impeccable. Ambience was very good for brunch buffet. I think it is a little overpriced but that wouldn't stop me from dining here again.

    Beautiful restaurant/bar. However service was not great. I waited for about 15 minutes before getting a menu and the service stayed poor the duration of my meal. It was also apparent that other guests were treated better. Food was great and the ambiance was amazing.

    We are here last week. It was fabulous. Great atmosphere and service. We had a drink in the bar area by the fire. It was perfect to relax after a long day. We then moved to the dining room. Ava was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable. We ordered the Lightfoot and Wolfville Brut (which was very good) and asked Ava about it. She knew all about the Brut and the winery. She also told us about the hotels effort to be more sustainable. All of which my husband and I were very interested in. Luckily we were there on a Sunday night so it was quieter so we could enjoy the conversation with Ava. We enjoyed all the food we ordered which was the Chefs tasting board, the striploin, and the salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection.

    Really good steak frites for the value. Make sure you ask for the housemade steak sauce. Sat on the barside with live pianist. Really lovely experience and excellent service.

    Excellent Sunday brunch in Toronto. Beautiful restaurant. Lovely ambience. Great food. Buffet style (best in the city for buffet style brunch). Hadn’t been since before the pandemic. The new Reign at the Royal York is fantastic.

    The food was cold and ultimately inedible. From eggs to avocado to toasts that were never toasted. Thanks to the waiter for taking two of the four items we ordered off our bill.

    We ordered off the a la carte menu. We were not told that the kitchen was backed up. It took 15 minutes to get coffee/tea, 35 minutes before our orders were taken (after speaking to the hostess) and the food came an hour after we arrived. The food was decent but not great. We were seated in a drafty hallway-like area with uncomfortable sofas on one side. Unless you opt for the very expensive buffet, make sure to ask about kitchen wait times before going here for brunch. Very disappointing.

    Food was quite delicious but the pricing about what was included in our room package was confusing. Also, I’m glad they sat us near on the back far corner of the restaurant so that we could get away from the lobby music which is far too loud even in the morning

    A nice experience (first time we ate there) with great food and service in a classic setting. My wife had the PEI Lobster Linguini and loved it. I was torn between the Cape D'Or Salmon and the Duck Breast. I opted for the Salmon. I'm a salmon snob from the West Coast, and I was not disappointed. We didn't make it to dessert. Yes, a short review - but it says it all. (The bread was great, too! It came in handy to clean up the linguini sauce!)

    Decent choice for a breakfast meeting, food was good, service was great - very attentive staff. Coffee was disappointing and found the price a little high - $200 for 4 people. We went with à la carte vs the buffet.

    Outstanding staff and ambiance. New menu was expensive and quality did not reach that new price point. Very few options for people with food allergies...no dessert options at all. Fairmont Reign can do much better. Historically, this has been an outstanding restaurant.

    I had a wonderful experience with the food and service, which were both excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the seating arrangement. We were placed at a table near the service area, and as a result, we couldn't fully enjoy the artistic ambiance of the restaurant. The table essentially felt empty in terms of the artistic atmosphere. This was especially disappointing on a special occasion. On a positive note, I must mention that the server provided outstanding service. It would have been better if we had been seated on the other side of the restaurant where there were more artworks and pictures. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

    Beautiful location and the food was pretty good but the service for the price point was not good at all. The server barely muttered an audible hello. We had to press for information and recommendations and were ignored multiple times for way too long when it wasn’t that busy. Eventually we had to get up to get our bill and then waited with it for a long time and took it to the front to pay. Quite disappointed.
