    Tout était parfait. Bien apprécié que nous pouvions parler et nous entendre parler. Un point négatif et je pense facile à corriger, un courant d'air froid intermittent dans la salle à manger, peut être à cause de l'emplacement près de l'entrée qui se trouve près de la porte. Personnel très accueillant et très professionnel. Merci !

    Service sympathique mais qui manque de professionnalisme: les serveurs ne connaissaient pas le menu (provenance des aliments, nom des fromages servis, etc.) et le sommelier s’écoutait davantage parler qu’il était à l’écoute de nos attentes. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Très déçue.

    Je m'attendais à tellement plus... La nourriture était correcte mais sans plus. Peut-etre les plats de viande ou de poisson sont-ils meilleurs? Mais en tant que végétarien, c' était d'un ennui... À l' exception de la tartelette aux pommes qui était tout simplement divine! De plus ,il y avait des coulisses d'eau sale sur le mur à côté de ma table... L' accueil et le service étaient cependant très sympathiques.

    We had to wait at least an hour for each meal, and few items were missed during the course. While the service was accommodating, we felt that even the food experience didn't justify the cost.

    The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. We ordered the zucchini and the foi gras as entrees. The zucchini was surprisingly good but the foi was just average, not what we expected from this restaurant. Then we had the steak, which was good, and the Argentinian shrimp which was also good but the clams were overcooked. The worst by far was the service. Our reservation was at 7pm and we left by 10:30 so imagine the waiting time between courses. We are from Montreal so we know and suffer the staff shortages, but this was just unacceptable for a restaurant of this category. No apologies whatsoever. This was our first and last time.

    We were in a rush for a business lunch but the quality of food n service made us take it easy and savor food than rush through it. The fish was delectable so was the vegan lasagna that my colleague ordered. Desserts were good too. Great service! Thank you so much!

    Nous étions une famille de 4 pour fêter mon anniversaire ! Nous avons adorés notre expérience du début à la fin. Un accueil chaleureux, un service irréprochable ( Marilou et Félix UN GRAND MERCI). La variété et qualité de la nourriture A1 ( du croissant, au saumon , en passant par les gaufres et bénédictines WOW! ) . Un immense merci à toute l'équipe principalement au responsable du Brunch du dimanche qui a eu l'amabilité de venir se présenter à notre table! Je pense que son nom c'est Frédéric ?     Please add more staff because I could see the servers struggling and I am not used to this. I waited for my cream for a very long time. The coffee got cold. I cannot blame the servers because I could see them running here and there. Finally the lady at the bar I think her name was Katherine brought me the cream with a great smile. I appreciate Renoir very much, but it is annoying to wait for cream until the coffee gets cold at breakfast time, just arriving from Ottawa by train.

    After hearing great things about this restaurant, the hipe did not equal the experience. Entree of courgette lacked flavor and the octopus was dry. Some had a contre filet and one was quite fatty. I do not mind spending the money when it is worth it....do not wish to return. Comment from s Montrealer.

    The food was ok but not great. It was standard hotel fare and exactly as expected. As for a modern approach to classic French fare, I didn’t feel it hit the mark. A classic approach to classic fare is more correct. We had a tasting menu which was ok for the price. The best dish was a perfectly cooked piece of beef with classic herbed butter. The worse dish was a filet of fish with bones and sand or grit in a few of the accompanying mussels. Overall a bit lack lustre and uninspired cooking. The ambiance was ok but a bit too bright and a bit too much food hall versus cozy dining room. The service staff were the stars of this show. We would go back for lunch but order from the bar/lounge menu instead.

    La volaille était tiède, presque froide au centre, tendre mais sans jus. Le menu était loin de la réputation du restaurant Le choix de dessert ne laissait pas deviner un «maître » pâtissier Tout était très correcte, sans plus.

    We were a party of 6. 4 lived in Montreal and 2 were from New York. The greeter/hostess was RUDE which was oft putting. When I booked the reservation it clearly asked me if I wanted a-la-carte or the buffet. When we arrived for our 11AM reservation we revere told that the a-la-cate option was not available. There was a lot of food. Most of it pedestrian and mediocre to say the least. A lot of the dishes were only Luke warm too. Not what I expect when we are paying over $73/plate. The waiters were slow to fill up coffee and water considering the restaurant was not full. Over all a very expensive option for a very un memorable experience. Will not go back and have told so many people of the very poor experience. Negative word of mouth is 3 times as powerful as positive word of mouth. Surprising for an ALL-Accor property too. I am a member and we just had a nice 4 nights at the Chateau Whistler and 4 nights at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver. Almost anywhere else in Montreal is better for w Sunday brunch that turned into a Sunday disaster.
