We were a group of seven for dinner on New Year's Eve. Very crowded and lively: a nice place to begin a celebratory evening. Food was excellent all around. A couple of minor glitches which were understandable given the large number of people there. Price was a little steeper than I expected, but I shouldn't complain: everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Soirée de Noel en couple. Ce n’est pas notre première fois à ce restaurant. Super service et amical. La nourriture est excellente et très bel atmosphères. Nous y avons passé une très belle soirée.
Je le recommande chaudement.

Overall a good experience, service was excellent, atmosphere was lovely.

The charcuterie board was a bit confusing, a little lackluster and not worth the price. Otherwise the cocktails were delicious, wine selection excellent and everything else was very good.

Boom boom music andhard surface material combine to have a rather high noise factor which while appropriate for a night club, leaves to be desired while having an elevated meal with a significant other...

Beautiful ambient venue on the edge of old Montreal. Outstanding attentive staff. Tasting menu was an opportunity to try a variety of different delicious foodie hallmarks and highlights of this restaurant.

Tres bruyant! Pas de conversation possible a 2 pieds de l'un et l'autre.
Service oriente vers le "push sale" .....20 mns d'attente entre l'entree et le plat alors qu'il y avait 4 tables dans tout le restaurant.
Bouffe correcte sans plus.
Carte des vins ordinaire...

Tout étais parfait, j'ai félicité mon adjointe pour ce choix, j'y retournerai certainement!

Name of place and window set up are rather deceiving.

Le service etait impeccable mais la nourriture est ordinaire

We had an excellent meal, from the marinated olives to the prosciutto to the local cheeses to the octopus. Everything was excellent and the service was great. We sat outside, which is just far enough removed from the road/sidewalk that the noise level is muted but you can still enjoy watching the passers-by. Will definitely eat here again if we visit Montreal again.

The food is amazing, you should expect for a descent meal and a bottle of wine for about 100$ per person. The only hickup I have found is that th service was on the slow side and our waiter (felt like the evening manger) was awkwardly demeaning to my girlfriend in small gestures (would mostly talk to me while selling the whine even though I told him that my girlfriend would choose, would always fill up my water before hers. I know these may sound like old time manners but I feel like in a good restaurant I would expect those.) But the food compensated for his weird manners. The rest of the staff was enjoyable.

This place is very popular for lunch and dinner, and deserves to be just as popular for its weekend brunch! It's located in (but independent from) the St. Paul Hotel on McGill in Old Montreal; my husband and I are staying here, so we went for brunch on this rainy Sunday morning. What a good idea! It's a lovely, open, even elegant space and the service is great. We shared a charcuterie plate (their specialty) as well as indulging in some breakfast items--fried eggs for me, the bagel with smoked salmon and poached eggs for him. Yes, it was a lot of food, but it was so good we ate almost every bite. Eggs were fresh and delicious. Actually, everything was fresh and delicious! The small charcuterie plate is plenty of food for two all by itself, and is beautifully presented and accompanied by fresh and tasty bread and a generous bowl of lovely olive oil. We loved everything on the plate, especially the serrano ham and the foie gras. The surprise favorite were the potatoes accompanying my eggs. I forgot to ask them to leave them off (lots of food!) and I"m so glad I did. Double cooked, soft in the middle, crisp on the outside. Heaven. If I had one complaint, it would be--wait. I have no complaints. Everything was perfect.

Très décevant. Il n'y avait pratiquement personne ce midi là et nous avons quand même attendu près d'une heure pour notre assiette. Nous étions 4, un seul avait un repas chaud. Je m'explique mal ce délai. Pour ma part, une salade insignifiante à 26$ pour beaucoup de laitue, 3 crevettes (bien moyennes) et des betteraves. Le tout très fade. Honnêtement, je ne retournerai pas.

It was another great dinner! The cocktails were outstanding too! The music was a bit too loud but we managed... we will be coming back for sure.

J’ai mangé votre poisson du jour et j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je vais a votre restaurant et normalement votre nourriture est fraîche. Votre poisson n’etait pas frais. Je suis resté au lit samedi et j’ai dû annulé des contrats. Je suis très déçue de votre poisson qui en plus manquait de saveur. Je ne souhaite à personne de tomber malade. Svp révisez ce qui se passe en cuisine. Malgré tout je recommande votre restaurant car je n’ai pas eu cette expérience avant.
