    The food as delicious and well presented, although pricey, and the setting was wonderful, with views over the spa area. There were very few diners and we were told that this was the last Sunday for brunch as it would be discontinued. The maitre d' was very welcoming and took the time to explain items on the dinner menu as we were leaving, as we expressed an interest in it. The waitress, on the other hand, seemed to want us out of there quickly and service seemed somewhat rushed.

    My family and I are always excited to dine at Kato, for dinner, brunch, special occasions or sometimes just a date night for two. Walking into a beautiful ambiance with pleasant, polite and helpful staff. I am personally impressed with the the sushi chefs creations. A must try! P.S. the cocktails are beautifully presented and deliciously enjoyed😊

    The food was pretty good. We ordered the oysters multiple times (they were 1.50$ each!), as well as the Wagyu Gyoza. The accomodation for dietary restrictions was okay...however, when I called and left a voicemail, as well as send an email regarding their capabilities to accomodate our dietary restrictions I never heard back from them. Luckily, even though the service was kind of slow, our server was making sure the food we could order was indeed allergen/intolerance-free. We both left pretty full, with a substantial bill. Not exactly worth that price for the amount of food we got, but I guess that's hotel pricing for ya. I would definitely go back for the oysters and gyoza though

    Very good meal with excellent presentation. Atmosphere is great. We wanted a slower meal but the server kept coming back often to take our order and then to prepare the bill as soon as we had finished the last bite.

    Thé appetizer buns I had were good. The fish (we ordered the small boat) was tasteless really, I was disappointed. Although we do not go to restaurants often, I found this place expensive and the restaurant itself nothing special. For those prices I think a more attractive decor would be nice.

    Food and Service were not what we would expect for the price. My husband had a chefs special sushi and said it wasn’t great. I had baked cod with a curry sauce. The cod was tender but tasteless and the curry sauce was too sweet. The deep fried cheese cake was delicious though.

    It took 23 minutes for the server to come see us. We were on our way out but stayed (unlike 3 other parties). Food is good, but 200$ for a large sushi boat with less pieces than a good 75$ chef’s platter at another restaurant is a fraud. I don’t recommend it.

    Serveur gentil mais oublie souvent de desservir les assiettes, on doit les empiler et lui demander de les prendre. Plat de sashimi coĂ»teux pour ce qu’il en est, serveur ne connaĂźt pas tous les poissons servis. DĂ©jĂ  mangĂ© avant et c’était meilleur. Serveur dĂ©bordĂ© et on lui demande de nous servir des cafĂ©s dĂ©cafĂ©inĂ©s, il nous en assure mais ce n’était certainement pas du dĂ©cafĂ©inĂ©. Nous en sommes assurĂ©s.     The appetizers were excellent. It took over 1 hour for the sushi. The California rolls had too much Mayo and no cucumber? Not much table service from our actual waiter, there was an assistant who was excellent. Nice spot outdoors over the spa. Hotel itself is seriously outdated which is disappointing considering the location.
