   Waited a long time to get served even water upon arriving, service was slow even though the restaurant was not full. Went to the bar for drinks after Dinner, no service at all, completely ignored by barman... disappointed by the experience

   Food was excellent! Service was very good until we got our main dish. Waiter did not come back to fill our glasses. We waited a long time before she got back to us so we can ask for the dessert card. Finally it was too long before she came back to get our order so we had to ask someone else to get our bill. If it wasn’t for the long wait, we would have given 5 stars. Would definitely come back.

   Followed on instagram which made us go. Outstanding waitress, portions were superb. Had 6 items, all mouth watering. Beautiful resto. Will definitely be going back.

   Amazing food, but I booked for a group of 12 well in advance and we had only one waiter for our table. Orders were missed. Drinks took longer than necessary. But they were so nice and did their best. Young staff.

   Restaurant avec une ambiance festive tout en étant sobre. Nous avons aimé notre expérience et la nourriture était succulente avec un bon choix de vin. Malgré le grand nombre de clients le service s’est fait rapidement et avec courtoisie. Nous aurions aimé mangé sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le spa mais la température était trop fraîche. Les prix sont élevés mais l’expérience en vaut la peine. Nous reviendrons.

    Très bon resto. Menu japonais avec sushis, riz frit, choix terre-et-mer et entrées. Comme partout ailleurs pour les sushis sur commande, les prix sont élevés mais la qualité à ce restaurant est compétitive et en vaut l'argent. Petit bémol sur le service, qui s'est avéré lent vers la fin du repas, pour la reprise des plats vides et le règlement de la facture. En plus, une des préposées ne parlait pas français. Par ailleurs, le service était courtois et attentif. Somme toute: recommandé.

    Had a great dinner with friends at Kato. Food was delicious, service was attentive and professional. Great decor and ambience. We will go again. Pretty pricey but so are all restaurants these days.

    A little pricey. The service for food brought to table was a bit slow. Too much wait time in between. We had to find someone to ask if our next course is coming soon. The table felt sticky and dirty but was told it was the varnish on the wood table. Not a great feeling when you’re sticking to the table and feel like you have to constantly wipe it around your eating space. When I’m paying 600$ plus dollars I don’t want to feel like my space is dirty. Over all food was tasty.

    I would have given a 4.5 stars but not an option. Husband and son both thought that food was excellent. My son who usually does not each much ate more than half of the King salmon and Blue fin tuna orders and was looking for more sushi as he enjoyed them so much. I thought that food was very good except that the steak was a bit too cooked for my liking. If you dont like your meat dry, ask for medium rare as medium was more cooked than medium. Sauce was pretty good. Sashimi were very fresh except that I did not have a chance to fully enjoy the taste given I only got to try 1 of each, reason that I took off .5 star. The uni was quite something, not cheap but given that it has caviar and gold leaves, it is understandable. While the sashimi took some time, I realized that it was because of the presentation. Presentation was excellent. As for dessert, we ordered the Chef choice and it was a meal on its own, I would say it can be shared among 4-5 people. Cheesecake was very special. Again presentation was great. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and received a truffle cake on the house. Nice thoughtful touch. Hoping to visit soon so I can enjoy other options.

    Jai demander une banquette et on ma dit que cetait pour des groupes de 3 personne et plus. Cependant, toute la soirée, les banquette etait soit vide ou occupés par des couple (2). Je suis un peu decu. Cest la 2e fois quon me repond ca et que ya quand meme des gens qui réussissent a avoir une banquette et sont seulement 2. Mais appart ca, tout etait parfait.

    Nous avons pris un bateau de sushis et c'était succulent. La fraîcheur des aliments, super ambiance lounge. Le seul point plus négatif a été le service cela a pris plus de 40 minutes pour commander nos entrées... La serveuse semblait débordée. Les commis de suite ont l'air confus dans la tâche a accomplir.

    Food was okay. Nothing special - the sashimi was served a little warm for my liking and was slightly dry on the outside, which indicated that it may not have been freshly sliced per order. The maki was okay - nothing overly special, but not bad - pretty average. Ordered shrimp tempura and it came out as slide pieces of shrimp - and seemed to be a different batter than I’m used to - didn’t enjoy that. Overall - I’d say it’s a good spot for a date, but the price overshoots the quality of the food by 35-40%.

    First impression, the place was absolutely beautiful and very inviting. The decor was just right for the date event I had booked. The staff was super welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely amazing, and the presentation (ohh boy), I rarely went to places when the chef made such efforts for food presentation. Our waitress came to check frequently if we were ok with a big smile on her face, and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, which was super friendly and shared a laugh with me and my wife.
