    Took 1hr to get drinks Waiter never asked us how our food is nor did even bother to check in on us Told Us bar is a mess and a disaster hence why drinks took 1 hr to come. Wouldn’t go back. Very disappointing

    Servers Loïc and Isabel are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Food was great and price was reasonable. I love the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant ambiance was great. Go fro angry chicken and fish and chips if you’re not sure what to order . Awesome spot in Aylmer, highly recommended,

    There was only 1 person making sushi, with another, I believe, in training, so it took a considerable amount of time get our sushi. I had anticipated it would be a wait, so we ordered appetizers, otherwise the 75 minute wait for the rest of our meal would have been unbearable. We ordered 6 different rolls and they all tasted the exact same - they were very underwhelmining - but our appetizers were far tastier.

    Everything was great: ambiance, service and food ! Our server ( Jessica if I remember well ) was very friendly and very professional. She knows her menu very well ! The manager Theo was very nice and professional as well. He came and ask us if everything was okay and we saw him doing the same thing to every table. We will definitely go back and we recommend it 100%

    The service was very lacking. Took 10-15 mins to even get asked if we would like a glass of water. Another 10 or more mins to get the beverage we ordered and a while to put our food order in. Once our order was in, it came in a timely manner and was tasty. I had the tuna tartar and beef tacos. Both were presented nicely and tasted good. My friend had the angry chicken and this tuna app. The angry chicken was very good. The tuna app was dry and meh. Overall was not that impressed but there were some nice qualities :)

    Enjoyable dinner experience with family. Excellent service. However, I personally found the price of the main entrés a bit on the high side. For example, last December I enjoyed the steak for $35.00 and now, it has gone up to $45. I decided to try your fish dish, black cod, which was also high for such a small piece of cod. My family was happy to accommodate us as we live in the condos but I doubt they want to make this dining experience very often in the future. A door opener for the washrooms would be fantastic as it is impossible for a person with a disability to use the washroom unattended.

    The food as delicious and well presented, although pricey, and the setting was wonderful, with views over the spa area. There were very few diners and we were told that this was the last Sunday for brunch as it would be discontinued. The maitre d' was very welcoming and took the time to explain items on the dinner menu as we were leaving, as we expressed an interest in it. The waitress, on the other hand, seemed to want us out of there quickly and service seemed somewhat rushed.

    My family and I are always excited to dine at Kato, for dinner, brunch, special occasions or sometimes just a date night for two. Walking into a beautiful ambiance with pleasant, polite and helpful staff. I am personally impressed with the the sushi chefs creations. A must try! P.S. the cocktails are beautifully presented and deliciously enjoyed😊

    The food was pretty good. We ordered the oysters multiple times (they were 1.50$ each!), as well as the Wagyu Gyoza. The accomodation for dietary restrictions was okay...however, when I called and left a voicemail, as well as send an email regarding their capabilities to accomodate our dietary restrictions I never heard back from them. Luckily, even though the service was kind of slow, our server was making sure the food we could order was indeed allergen/intolerance-free. We both left pretty full, with a substantial bill. Not exactly worth that price for the amount of food we got, but I guess that's hotel pricing for ya. I would definitely go back for the oysters and gyoza though
