    C’est ma deuxième fois d’aller à Kenza et j’ai aimé tout comme la première fois. C’est un super restaurant. Tout est parfait là-bas, la bouffe , l’ambiance, le service etc etc

    Le portier est super désagréable il crie et manque de respect a certain clients. La serveuse nous a apporté un vin qu on n a pas choisi et 1/2 plus dispendieux. La nourriture est bonne . Si tu fumes pas le shisha comme moi tu vas mourrir asphyxié.

    I was there I booked a table 5 days earlier We took a bottle service And few hours later They told us to get up from our table because other people came and the manager was the one that told us to stand up from our place. That's very unprofessional ; and not respectful I was very fustrated and left the club It was really embarrassing

    nous sommes de debut de l été, en 2 soiree de suivi il n y a pas d air conditionne. Aussi, la nourriture est toujours froid, quand bien meme la demande viande est medium saignant.

    Ordered three drinks, they were out of Sauvignon blanc, Olive brine and London fog at 8pm on a Sunday. We ordered drinks and then left as we were already disappointed.

    Sur place ils m’ont qu’il n’avait pas ma réservation et j’étais pas la seule et qu’il prenait en compte les réservations quand il y’a des tables libres, l’hôtesse est hautaine. Le pire endroit pour sortir

    Service was horrible . This is definitely more à lounge than a restaurant. When we got a table the security came to see us at the table to check our bags. The smell of the shisha is overwhelming. Then after 10-15 minutes waiting at the table without a waitress coming to see us we just decided to leave. Definitely not a restaurant more a shisha lounge.

    When I arrived they told me that my table is not reserved. I told them that I made the reservation via open table , they said that open table is not official for there restaurant. After negotiations with the waitress and the manager they end up to find a table for us in a condition to free the table after 2 hours.

    I had planned a Valentine’s date night with my wife and booked using Open Table. I received a confirmation from Open Table. I love using this app. User friendly and accurate. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess left her desk right away and came back a few minutes later asking how she can help. When I gave her my reservation confirmation, she said that Open Table was only a request to make a reservation and that we had to wait for their phone call. We left extremely disappointed as they made no apologies, no exceptions and nothing to make up for their mistake. We personally felt that this was an excuse on their part. I would not recommend this place and will never step foot. Thank goodness that another restaurant accommodated us on a very busy Saturday night.
