    Beautiful setting, fantastic food - especially venison and fois gras. The cheese offering is exceptional. Great selection of wine! I highly recommend this restaurant for a special meal!

    Nous avons soupé au Hatley du Manoir Hovey, et avons choisi le menu dégustation 8 services. Le souper était succulent, les présentations soignées, le service de grande qualité et une très belle carte de vin. Fortement recommandé si vous êtes en Estrie.

    Celebrating my son's entrance into Bishop's University in Lennoxville. We had a magical experience. The service is Michelin star quality, the food was superb, all courses were exceptional, the cheese was delicious, the wine list is extensive and the setting is beautiful with the well preserved property and the magnificent view of the lake. Highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

    Bravo à tout le personnel dévoué et souriant qui est fortement axé : LE SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE. Copieux repas avec assiettes bien garnies et nourriture balancée. Le tout accompagné de judicieux conseils du choix des vins . Merci et très bon choix de l’endroit et à recommander.
