   We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving brunch at Manoir Hovey! The food was exceptional, presentation beautiful, and the service excellent. A very memorable occasion in a lovely setting!

   The most amazing and memorable Meal I have ever had. I have had a little experience working in a restaurant as a sous chef and I have catered but never to the standards I enjoyed last evening. The meal and service could not have been any better. This was true perfection and I will remember it for a very long time!

   Manoir Hovey has proven itself as one of the best restaurants in our region numerous times in our lives in the last 3 years, and once again we have had a completely unique and unusual dinner with daring wine choices during our Fall visit with friends. The creativity of the plate design and subtle mixing of delicious flavors left us and our guests in awe. Thanks again!

   Beautiful setting, fantastic food - especially venison and fois gras. The cheese offering is exceptional. Great selection of wine! I highly recommend this restaurant for a special meal!

    Nous avons soupé au Hatley du Manoir Hovey, et avons choisi le menu dégustation 8 services. Le souper était succulent, les présentations soignées, le service de grande qualité et une très belle carte de vin. Fortement recommandé si vous êtes en Estrie.
