    The food is excellent and the service is amongst the best in the city. The recent renovation was not much but a touch up but thankfully the elements that make it special remain. The death by gumbo, redfish and crème brûlée are standout dishes. A must visit.

    The atmosphere and service were unmatched. Their prices are a smidge higher than what I would have paid for the quality of food. The food was good but not great for the reputation of the restaurant. I expected more flavor. The fish was bland and the food was delivered room temp, not hot. I would also skip dessert. We had the maple bread pudding crème brûlée. Totally underwhelming. The drinks were good. The crab beignets were fantastic. And the service was impeccable. 3 out of 5

    Just go—it’s spendy, but it’s also an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Be aware; Hellcat is a delicious blue crab and shrimp add on at $30 to each entree. In town for a conference and if it wasn’t booked, we would totally go back twice this week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I've eaten at many places around the world. The food here is very good but, to me, needs a little tweaking. I ordered the turtle soup which had a very, very dark roux which was overpowering the dish, by my taste. Also, ordered the black gnocchi with butter-poached lobster. The lobster was delicious and the gnocchi were as light as clouds. The pasta sauce, however, was tasty but very, very rich so it was difficult to eat the whole plate. Would come back but would consider different dishes.

    Everything about this restaurant is tops! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and so very nice. The decor/ambiance is a unique blend of classy and fun.most importantly, the food is delectable, full stop. I can’t recommend the restaurant enough.

    We had a party of 5 with reservations well in advance. First off our table was on uneven ground so our table was at a very noticeable angle. The food was well below expectations. It was my daughter’s birthday so we ordered dessert it sat at a service tray beside us so long the ice cream was melting by the time we got it! Do not recommend

    Fantastic service complete with authentic creole dining. Modern twists on creole classics, while sticking with tradition. Loved the room. Our waiter's Daniel and Isaac made sure we were very well taken care of.

    Pros: Everyone at our table of 4 loved the drinks and the food. And our waiter, Travis, was knowledgeable and entertaining! Cons: Portions of the entrees seemed small and no more lovely dessert treats in the box served with the bill.

    Great food, service and atmosphere. NOLA always delivers on great cuisine. Restaurant R’evolution was no exception. I’ll certain come back the next time I’m in town. Excellent seafood, serving sizes were perfect, great desert and drinks, and knowledgeable and professional staff.

    Food was good but fish was too salty. Quail gumbo also good but have had better without the quail for much less money. Country terrine was excellent as was the service. Prices a bit high for the isze of the portions.

    The restaurant is very nice but the food is so so. The steak was horrible had to send it back as it was all gristle! Waiters were nice but hard to get their attention when you needed something.

    I am a well traveled foodie and this is in my top 10 around the world. Food was exquisite and priced well. The service and ambiance were just as good. I sat at the chefs table and made my own 5 course tasting menu.

    As always, wonderful dinner. Exceptional service, great food. The only thing less than 5 star was the apple tart dessert - just ok. Miss the chocolate treasure box at the end of the meal! Regardless, a lovely time!

    Cocktails were great! Dinner was wonderful - beef short rib and blue crab beignets! The staff was extremely friendly - would definitely return. Overall, it is a pretty expensive experience but it is worth it!
