    This restaurant is tailored to younger crowd because the music is loud and noisy. However, everything else was great. Despite the loud music, it was a wonderful tasting dinner we had. Will go back to stay at W Hotel and eat at this restaurant again. Highly recommended!

    Went here for a birthday celebration. When I arrived they said they didn’t have my reservation but they did, as the group was seated. The waitress asked if we wanted drinks and instead of going around made us yell across the table, ordered things which never arrived at the table, I brought in cupcakes shaped like the number 31 and they undid the box and put them on a platter which ruined the presentation. (And I even asked her if it was shaped like an 31 and she lied and said no it was just in a box but the baker sent me a picture before and it’s clear that it was) And they also brought them out at the wrong time and the sparklers were already out???( I also had two separate boxes for allergies and they mixed the cupcakes inside) We had to ask to put music on even though everywhere else had music in the restaurant. The service was also terrible and the wrong plates brought out and overall just a mess. But the company was good but overall we all agreed it’s not a place we would return as a group or even just to have a bite.

    The decor is very modern, however service is terrible. Employees ability to multitask is very limited and will forget you are waiting for them to come take your order or bring the bill. You will end up waiting very long periods every time you need to interact with your server. Food is passable, drinks could be described as sipping out of a cigarette tray.

    A group of 4 of us ate here as part of Mtl a Table. Neither of us had ever heard of the restaurant but the menu looked intriguing so we decided to try it. The food was very tasty and good value and delicious. Service was patchy, food and drinks were not always delivered correctly but always arrived in the end. We had a reservation for 7:15 and fit some reason at around 8:30 the music all off a sudden got very loud? Like nightclub settings so we had to talk loudly to be heard. Otherwise it was a great night.

    my friend waited 20 minutes at the bar without being offered a drink. table service was painfully slow this saturday evening the vegetables in the main dish- halibut- were the star of the show- cooked to perfection, brilliant green brussel sprouts, delicious jerusalem artichoke at 930-945 pm music jumped to an unpleasant volume

    The food was phenomenal…soooo good! It was very busy and the service was slow….probably as a result. But they were very apologetic and the food was absolutely worth it.

    Excellent choice for a business dinner. We needed to be serviced within one hour and the team (Daniel and a lady working with him) made it happen impeccably well. Food was delicious, and it had very good value for the price, all things considered.

    Took the tasting menu. Appetizers were good. Pasta average. Mains under average and not very well presented. Service was slow and a bit confused (we received our desserts before the mains). When probed why it was so slow, we were told that a large group in the VIP Area was monopolizing their attention (kind of adding insult to injury, even if said politely and with some empathy). They did spontaneously remove $20 off the bill as a spontaneous apologetic gesture… but that does not make it a great experience. Lots of work to do before measuring to Graziella and other high end Italian restaurants in Montreal.

    I made a reservation because of an IG reel that was talking about the Funky Brunch. Other restaurants did that and I enjoyed it that is why I made the reservation. First, the place is beautiful. Really love the decor: chic and simple. My kind of place. Love the blue banquet. For a small place, the jazz band was too loud. The music selection was perfect. The food was very succulent and affordable for the price. The mocktail was delicious. The only issue was the service. We arrived at 11h30 and waited 15 minutes before our waitress came. We had to call her that is why she came. When we asked questions about the menu she responded she was new and will ask for the manager to come. Usually, the new waiter will say they will verify with the bartender and come back to us but not her. Finally, after waiting for another 10 minutes, another waitress came to take our order. She was nice and cordial. Never said her name. We order at the same time but our food came at different times. Even tables that order after we got their food before us. I order 2 cups of coffee and my friend who was late ordered a latte and she received her before mine. During the meal, we had to keep reminding her that the items we order were missing. We left around 3 pm. It's how long the service was. I will not be returning. I will not recommend this restaurant even though the food is excellent and the place is gorgeous. The service is mediocre and it's not acceptable in a city like Montreal where they are a lot of excellent restaurants with incredible service. The competition is fierce. Tsbp has to step up.

    2 hour wait for our brunch, came at 11am main food came out at 1:10PM. We are also hotel guest. Tables able of us got their food first. At least the host wished up happy anniversary. The starting appetizer was good. Smoothie was forgotten. All of this was told to the staff. The bread/pastry basket was forgotten. Being a guest at the hotel thought we would get better service. The Asian host was the nicest lady.

    Unfortunately the service was not at the level i would have expected for the W. The main course and appetizers were decent. The pastry basket was very much appreciated. The portions were generous. The jazz band was great. It helped add much needed ambiance.

    I don’t think we would come back. Service took way too much time. All the rest is just normal: service, ambiance, etc. nothing special here, not much personality. Food is good though.

    We had a lovely meal with nine (6 adults and 3 children under eight). They were so welcoming and the server was first rate. The food was terrific. I loved the sweet corn risotto. Others had the lamb ragu tagliatelle and gave it positive reviews. The charcuterie board was well received. Focaccia was not a traditional one. It was more like bread. The one we ordered had zucchini spirals and buratta and was very good but not really focaccia. In the desserts I loved the blood orange baba and another guest ordered the chocolate hazelnut and gave it great reviews. Recommended

    It was a Funky brunch, with live music (2 singers/musicians). But the place was almost empty so with no ambiance. The food was, let's say, average. For examples the pastries looked like they were made the day before. We were a party of 6. Some dishes looked better than others but globally, we expected much more for this value.

    The service was excellent and the place is esthetically pleasing. Perfect for pictures. I would definitely go back for their cocktails and appetizers. But the main courses were not up to our taste. Overall very good experience 8/10
