In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

    Bien que le service, la nourriture et les vins étaient excellents! Le prix en est quelque peu exorbitant, voir stratosphérique en comparaison aux autres restaurants de la même gamme.

    Nous sommes venu pour l'anniversaire de ma belle mère. Absolument fantastique, il s'agissait de notre 3e visite, et la nouriture était la meilleur que nous avons eux. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, et nous avons été accomoder pour les nombreuses allergies à notre table sans problèmes! Absolument parfait.

    Extremely pretentious and over-priced. The wine pours were very small. And the cocktails were awful. Food was overblown and not particularly good

    Absolutely incredible. Attentive, welcoming service with extraordinary wines and food. Unexpected completely original textures and combinations. We were wowed. They were especially gracious with our well behaved foodie kids and even gave them a kitchen tour at evening's end!!

    Outstanding selection of French Cuisine! Chef also surprised us with a Corn mousse with salted caramel Try the Champagne Duo for a special tasting!

    An amazing experience for a special night. The pacing was perfect, the hospitality was impeccable and the food was incredible. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and it was so well executed. A great way to spoil yourself at one of Montreal's top spots!

    Menu du midi, l'entrée et le plat, plutôt léger au niveau des portions, bonne qualité des produits et associations. Par contre les desserts n'ont pas été les plus appréciés, un peu trop d'éléments. Le menu déjeuner est supposé comprendre une entrée, un plat et une boisson chaude. Hors au moment de prendre la commande des boissons on ne vous dit pas quel type de café est inclus et vous charge la totalité du prix du café au lait (pas seulement un supplément) sans préciser que ce n'est pas compris dans le prix. Moyennement apprécié. Le service est gentil mais approximatif pour un restaurant de ce standing où les prix sont hauts. La carte des vins est plutôt bien, nous avons choisi un gewurztraminer Canadien à prix raisonnable plutôt bien fait.
