The Blending Experience

We’ll equip you with the tools to be your own winemaker. Your experience will include a wine tasting of four red wines used to make a custom blend. This is followed by experimenting in a blending session led by one of our wine experts and a selection of artisanal snacks. Blending sessions last approximately 90 minutes where you will blend these wines to your liking and create your favorite blend. We will then send you home a bottle made with your recipe for you to take home a bottle of your personal red blend. The remaining reservation time spent at your leisure as we bottle your personal red blend.

The RG Tasting Experience Allow our knowledgeable staff to guide you through a wine tasting of 5 different wines paired with 5 different specifically curated food items. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My friends and I went here for my 35th birthday. We did a package and it was above and beyond my expectations. Our waitress, Donna was the sweetest and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. This was all of our first time here (all 7 of us) and we all agreed, we will be back when the nicer weather arrives! 10/10. Wine was GREAT, Food was GREAT and the service was even greater. Not to mention how beautiful this place is! Loveeee it.

Had a wonderful visit on a Sunday afternoon in mid-September after visiting the aquarium. Very nice well-run facility. Smart idea that the owners use their initials instead of real names so all the racist MAGA republicans on the Island don’t know it’s run by Mexicans. Ha! Well played. Liked that it wasn’t the typical overcrowded mass marketed winery like so many others you practically have to squeeze into. Made an advanced reservation for an outdoor table and were seated immediately upon arrival. Self-service to order/pick-up wines from a central location on lawn, but food is then delivered to table. Everything tasted delicious and portions were as expected (price/value). Best part was the acoustic guitar player who was excellent and took very short breaks, so it was pretty much non-stop live music for the full two hours we were there. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. All tables have umbrellas so can stay in or out of the sun as you’d like. Will definitely visit again.

The Scielo in a Bottle is definitely a great value. I was disappointed, however, that 18% gratuity was included in the price but I then had to serve myself. My friends and I had to go to the bar, get our own wine, glasses, and water and bring them back to our table. I wouldn’t mind normally, but I didn’t expect this when I had already give a $30 tip.

the winery no longer honors veterans with a small discount so we will be going to the wineries that care about Americans that served our country. the cheese platter was much smaller, there was no music that was why it was fairly empty.

Absolutely beautiful winery. Great energy. The wines are really good. Lots of delicious food options. We sat inside the main building, it’s really large and roomy. Outside is so lovely too, with many seating options. Great place for groups and events.

Great day to visit. The weather was perfect. Tables set up all over outside all with an umbrella or cover. Our waiter Kyle did a great job and came back many times to check on us. Being members we were able to get the flights and sample some of the wines. All good. Tinton and chocolate is a great combo. Recommend highly!!

The tasting areas were lovely, and the staff incredibly helpful. As time went on, we had to go searching for our server to order more food and drinks-not terrible though. The prices were on the high side of average, but that’s to be expected. The food was disappointing. We ordered two charcuterie platters, each of which had about four slices of salami, a few pieces of light yellow cheeses, Greek olives (the most interesting part), chocolate squares and crackers-the platter was “meh.” A couple of people ordered lobster rolls, which were light on lobster but looked very good otherwise. One person ordered “sliders” for her children, not realizing that it was just mozzarella and tomatoes on rolls-can’t say it wasn’t good, just not clear in the menu that there was no burger and the server didn’t mention it. I would return to the winery, but not for the food for sure!

We went to RGNY Memorial Day weekend. My cousin got engaged here! I have to rave about our waitress, I believe her name was Olivia, from the second she found out about the proposal she was so attentive and helped us out so much, she shared in the excitement of the day! She was in on the secret and took so many pictures and was so involved, amazing service and beautiful winery!

Wonderful way to send some time on the North Fork, at a dog friendly winery. The food, service and wines were delish. Our server, Donna, was very attentive, even though it seemed she was the lone server for almost all of the many tables available outside. It was a very pleasant way to pass an hour on a wonderful sunny day! Will be back.
