We had a nice dinner after a look around Restorstion Hardware showroom and a few erands. Unfortunately, I ordered the lobster roll which was tasty, but not enough lobster to feed a toddler. It was all bun! It's a shame as the shrimp starter and my husband's burger and fries were tasty and good, but I left hungry and a bit annoyed at the $38 price I paid for my meal.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The Grilled Shrimp was amazing as was the Lobster Roll. A visit with Chef Judah who explained some of his process was the icing on the cake for my partner and I. We look forward to our next visit.

The restaurant is beautiful but you know you’re in a mall. The food was delicious and the service was fine. However, we were 3 colleagues and none of us presented as being “in charge”. The server brought a single bill to the table without asking our preference. When we asked for separate bills, he asked twice if it should be split 3 ways or by what we had ordered. Awkward when one of us didn’t have an expensive glass of wine or pricey protein on their salad. He knew that our meals weren’t “roughly the same”. Unimpressed by that.

We are regular visitors to this beautiful restaurant! The seating and ambiance are luxurious and the food never, ever disappoints! My new favourite is the ribeye with the simple green salad and for dessert a cappuccino with a decorative heart on top. My son had the burger with a side of sweet potato fries and the salted caramel ice cream! Absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional!

Food and wait staff exceptional (as always)…!!! All the orders came at the same time (6 in our party) and they helped us celebrate a birthday and anniversary.

Dear RH I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent dining experience at Restoration Hardware Cordish Restaurants. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. Our waitress only visited our table once, then disappeared for the remainder of our meal. We were left waiting with dirty dishes on the table for at least 20 minutes, and no one made any attempt to clear them. Furthermore, no one checked in to see if we were satisfied with our food, needed water, drinks, or any additional items. It felt as though we were completely abandoned. I tried to make eye contact with other waitstaff, but none of them made any effort to assist us. Sadly, this wasn’t the first time we've encountered this issue. We experienced a similar problem the previous week with the disappearance of our waiter. I’m unsure of the system in place at Restoration Hardware Cordish Restaurants, but it seems to be ineffective and not ideal for customer service. I strongly suggest improvements be made in this area, as it’s crucial for ensuring customers feel valued and well-served. Otherwise, we may need to consider dining elsewhere, as it appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the restaurant’s ambiance is truly exceptional, and it would be a shame for the service to detract from that experience. Excellent! Great service and food. Very relaxed environment. Avocado toast a little too charred. We just cut off the charred parts, and mentioned it to our sever who offered to replace it. We declined the replacement as we did I not want to delay our meal.

I've always had a great experience when I've been to RH but this time wasn't good :( We were recommended the grilled shrimp appetizer and it came burnt but nothing was done when we highlighted it. Our Gem Salads were just OK as the salmon I received was cold. The atmosphere there has always been great but the food was extremely disappointing and even thought we expressed our feedback to the server you would expect a visit from management but that didn't happen. It was my sisters birthday and we were both excited to be there but we will rethink revisiting RH again :(
