Wonderful local favorite. Does Riccardo restaurant proud.
The food was delicious with nicely sized portions. The service was outstanding; our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. Both the dining room and the kitchen, though busy, appeared to be running with a sense of ease and friendly hospitality. And even though it was New Year's Eve, the kitchen accommodated a special menu request. We look forward to our return visit.
New favorite place in Chicago for great Italian! Wow. Awesome! Really really good. Great prices and great service.
We came here for a special birthday dinner and celebrated a beautiful evening! The staff could not have been more engaging and attentive. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and cozy. Our dinner was spectacular - we enjoyed mussels, homemade pasta (which was superb) and tiramisu. It was a memorable experience for a memorable event!
Enoteca is a great little place to go. Flexible enough to have quiet conversation or have a lively group activity.
It has everything I like about a restaurant: a neighborhood feel; a menu full of old favorites and interesting daily specials (especially the fish and seafood choices); reasonable prices; and cordial, relaxing servers who make eye contact and seem interested in my enjoyment of the meal.
Just like Italy! Perfect veal. Such a great cozy place.
Cesar and his team are consistently gracious. The food was great as always. Our go to neighborhood restaurant
Exceptional service. Very warm, friendly atmosphere. Reminds me of Italy.
Amazing food and service
This is a go to neighborhood place that always has good food, good service and a warm vibe. Fava bean appetizer and homemade pasta always delicious.
An excellent little place with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly servers and high quality food and wine. Highly recommended.
The service was fabulous and the food was even better. Perfect, cozy date night spot in Lincoln Park.
Every time I come here the food is amazing. I recommend it to all my friends. Everything is clean and the waiter knows everything about the menu. I love Riccardo Enoteca
Best customer service. I took my best friend that was visiting out of town to celebrate her 30th birthday!
Food was amazing and the service was 100% great.
I will defiantly visit again!
Cozy, great food and wine, wonderful service! The music is fun too, not too loud either so you can talk across the table.
Excellent place food and service
Classic Italian meal!
Great food in a relaxing environment
Great Italian wine list, very good pasta and I had grilled calamari that was excellent
It is a tiny space so noise is a bit of a problem but you could hear each other
the service was very attentive
Service by Jason was phenomenal!! Food great... close to Park West. Helped to make our night out to a concert with friends so wonderful!
Just lovely. Everything. The service, the wine, the food, the atmosphere. I can’t believe it took me so long to find this gem.
Enoteca is my go-to restaurant. The food is wonderful and made for you. The folks are extremely pleasant and helpful and want to make your evening special....which they do. My only complaint is that they are not open for lunch which limits our options in the area...
Don't come here. It's my place.
Phenomenal. I have Italian family. And I love Italian food, but can be fairly picky about traditional flavors. This restaurant is phenomenal in every way - wine, appetizer, entree, dessert, service.... all of it. I would go again in a heart beat.
Everything was so good!
I had the Chicken Milanese which was to die for and my husband had the Sea Bass special & linguini with white clam sauce. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return if we visit Chicago again.
We’re in the neighborhood but our first time at this restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Thought the wines offered were a bit pricey.
Riccardo Enoteca is always wonderful! It's a small intimate place, with delicious Italian food!
This restaurant is a staple of mine. I have never had a disappointing dish and the service is consistently excellent.
I love Riccardo Enoteca - been going for the 5 years we've lived in the neighborhood and never was disappointed in any way ever.
One of the best meals we have ever experienced!
One of the best kept secrets in Chicago. Great Value, great specials, and great food. Service was impeccable. Absolutely nothing not to like.
One of our favorites! Love the homemade pasta and the calamari. Salmon and tuna are yummy. The focaccia bread and homemade terramisu is divine!
I don’t believe they can make a bad meal. I have brought Several European friends and they state it’s very authentic. Everyone loves it.
We adore Both Ricardo restaurants. This Enoteca location has the bonus of a very charming patio area. We always enjoy their well priced wine list and delicious food. We came recently with our baby daughter and they went out of their way to accommodate.
Terrific food. Less extensive menu than Ricardo’s but interesting wood oven dishes
We are so lucky to have this gem of a restaurant in our neighborhood. The pizzas are great, as are the pastas. You can't go wrong, but make a reservation!
Enoteca Riccardo takes you into a real Italian experience. Atmosphere, food, service - everything is excellent!
I'm typically a snob when it comes to Italian food, so know that this place is good. Prices are fair and portions are generous (though not over-the-top). I got the gnocchi with shrimp and creamy pesto and they did not skimp on the shrimp - also the sauce was nice and light, gnocchi cooked perfectly.
We found the locsl ambiance well worth the drive as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The menu was broad. Wine list extensive. Price was modest for a restaurant of such reputation. The wait staff wss freindly and helpful. The atmosphere of a local venue was inviting and enjoyable. Service was excellent as there was no wait time. Preparation, presentation and taste of menu items selected wsd excellent by the Chef and staff. The entire experience was excellent and highly recommended for out of towners seeking an alternative to the cookie cutter approach to fine dining and locals are fortunate to have such a fine venue readily available to enjoy.
