Very pleased that they take reservations. Went with a group of 6 for the Sunset dining special. Appetizer, salad and an entree for $28. Very good value! The manager was also the bartender and was very attentive. Seemed a bit short-staffed but we were in no rush so it was fine. Fresh bread on the table was appreciated. The entree's were good and the portions nice. The special could have used a little more variety as there was multiple chicken choices and only catfish for seafood. No happy hour for cocktails but they did make a good chocolate martini.

Have been going there for years. The Riccobonos are Sicilian just like we are. Their red gravy is amazing. Only wish their entrees came with a side salad but other than that we really enjoyed the food. It is a little pricey but well worth it. Always have food left over for another meal.

The server was fantastic. He really cared about giving us the best experience possible. The food was exceptionally good. From the gumbo to our main dish. The food didn't take long to be served. The cost of the food and the before dinner drinks were a little pricey. We will come again, because everything is that good.

We brought my father-in-law to the Peppermill for his birthday. We had a fabulous time! The food was great, the service was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. I would definitely recommend making reservations, as it was busy.

Only problem was the parking because the lot next to restaurant doesn't belong to them so a little confusing . They were towing cars but everyone in the restaurant was making everyone aware about the parking lot.

Business lunch with out of towners. Wanted to take them to a New Orleans staple. We had the crawfish dip and the calamari. Both definitely did not disappoint. I thought they were going to lick the dip bowl. We had light lunches, as we had a 6pm meeting, so it was salads and cups of gumbo. All was delicious, as expected. Gave a 4 star because the service was not up to par. Waiter disappeared for lengths of time and the meal was not brought out in order as normal. No worries though, we will definitely return.

We had my husband's brother in from Ireland and took him to Peppermill one night for dinner. We have been there many, many times and enjoyed it. The night we took him there, the service was terrible (not enough wait staff), the menu was minimal and written on a piece of binder paper. They had an inferior wine list and beers on draught. We were disappointed with everything. The meals had very little spaghetti, the tiny bit of veal they had was almost non-existent and the wine was not anything I would buy. I hope they try to do better.

Pricing on menu was lower than actual bill at end of dinner. I pointed it out to waiter, but he didn’t offer to match price on menu. I guess I should’ve asked for a manager. Also, everything a la carte which drove prices up. Not good value for the money.

The Peppermill is a small neighborhood, Italian restaurant that has been around for quite a while. It was our first visit there. I would not consider it upscale, but the ambience was nice. The service was great and the food was delicious. I would recommend it.
