Located in Greenville’s Historic West End district, Rick Erwin’s West End Grille is a traditional American steak and seafood house that takes fine dining to new levels.     We had a table located in a quiet spot. Very nice. Great Wedge and Caesar Salad are very classic with high-level ingredients. The wine list is extensive enough with a fair price multiple. Our server Terry was professional along with the rest of the wait staff. Molly has been on our table on our first visit and is an A #1 server

    Simply marvelous from start to finish. Upon entering, we we greeted by a hostess wo made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. Out server was charming and very knowledgeable of Greenville, and an expert on the menu. The She Crab Soup was a wonderful start. My cocktail was delicious. The steak was grilled to perfection, and could be cut with my fork. I am so happy to have saved room for desert!

    My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They said it was the best steak they had ever tasted. The staff was so kind and thoughtful. It was a wonderful evening for them- thank you so much!

    Best meal I've ever had. And if the meal wasn't' amazing enough- the service was even more impressive. Our server- Kyle made great recommendations- asked our names and used them the whole visit through. I've been to plenty of upscale restaurants but Rick Erwin's by far exceeds any expectations I've ever had. 100% will be back and hope they will eventually open a Charleston, SC location!!

    Sebastian made sure we had an outstanding night for our Anniversary celebration! Justin, our Server, was amazing and patient with our requests. He made sure our dinner came out quickly and correctly! My wife and I said it was the best experience we have ever had at any or Rick Erwin’s Restaurants!

    Very calm and relaxing ambiance throughout the restaurant. The food was all wonderful. We had the Surf & Turf plate with a filet and crab cake, served with whipped potatoes and asparagus, and the Wet Aged Ribeye with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. The macaroni and cheese is the best we've ever had. Our waiter was top-notch, very respectful, wonderful service, and had a great personality. Rick Erwin was in the restaurant and visited all of the tables to check on everything. Great experience, we will be back.

    This is my favorite restaurant in Greenville and it never disappoints. Be prepared to pay for it because it’s pricey! It’s definitely a “special occasion” place.

    First time visit. Loved it. We were seated on time. Appetizer served fast. Lamb meatballs. Yummy. Then to the Wedge Salad. Very good. Ordered Tuscan Chicken and Crab Cakes. Very good. My only complaint was our waiter was all over the restaurant. A little missing when needed. The assistant manager picked up all the slack though. Recommended? YES. I will go back

    We went for our 48th anniversary dinner. Although we have been there before, this was such a great experience. We were seated at our table and given a nice card signed by the staff as well as Mr Erwin. Our server Justin was exceptional in every way. He made our dinner so very special. Even those seated around us made the night something to remember. On top of all that, the food was perfection as always.

    Overall great meal and atmosphere. Justin was our server and may the best l have ever had. My only down side is that our steak was over charred to the point the main flavor was char and didnt get much over the butter or seasoning. Lobster mac and cheese and she crab soup was great!

    This was my husband and my first time at the restaurant. We were early and they don’t start seating until 5. We went to the bar for some cocktails. Kevin the bartender was a mixologist. He made me a wonderful expresso martini and it was the best one I have ever had. Shorty afterward we went to our table and we’re greeted by our waiter and additional staff. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We both had filet and it was outstanding. We have a great perfect evening and I am sure you will too!

    I took my girlfriends parents to dinner to ask their permission to marry their daughter, the food was great and the staff was great. The food was a little pricey but it's a nice restaurant so it was to be expected.

    We love this place. My husband had the grilled Salmon over ratatouille. I had the 4oz. Filet dinner both where delicious! We split a wedge salad equally as good. Service was great! Always fun in downtown Greenville!

    After enjoying many meals at Rick Erwin’s Eastside this was our first visit to the West End. We had a very enjoyable dinner. The quality of the food was right on par with Eastside. Our server, Colin, was excellent as well. Rick Erwin runs excellent establishments!

    Dinner was excellent except for on thing. It was 96 degrees outside and the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. We will definitely go back again, hopefully it won’t be as warm inside.
