Food was really good, especially the veal Milanese. It was large enough to share for two. Desserts were outstanding too. Prices are very high though.

This was our s3cond visit to Don Caruso within a week of our stay in Italy. It was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. Enjoy!

Atmosfera milanese natalizia perfetta! Il Grand Hotel et de Milan non delude mai! È stato un piacevolissimo ritorno ed un luogo ideale per un light lunch pre Scala come è stato per me domenica 10 dicembre!

Il ristorante Caruso è sicuramente un'eccellenza italiana nel cuore di Milano : il menù è abbastanza ristretto nella lista di portate ma non nell'alta qualità dei piatti, consente una scelta rapida e sicura grazie anche all'esperienza della squadra di camerieri che garantiscono un servizio davvero attento in ogni dettaglio . Piante vere non di plastica dentro e fuori nello splendido giardino adiacente 🌱

La location è di medio livello, i tavoli vicini, il mio con una seduta con una pianta mel collo (cosa che ho fatto notare e mi è stato risposto che così era), molto rumoroso, in sala l’odore della cucina (nel mio caso di pesce) molto forte e fastidiosa, servizio non efficiente, poco professionale e non al livello che ci si attenderebbe in questo tipo di ristorante. Insomma, proprio da sconsigliare
