Ristorante Daniela Ratings and Reviews
Excellent food affordable and very good Italian wines
After tasting their food at one of the Hampden street festivals I knew I had to get back here for a proper meal. (I still dream about that divine meatball sub though...) The menu is somewhat small, but everything on it is made in house with high quality ingredients and a lot of care. Nice selection of wines by the glass or bottle, but the other beverage options are limited. Our party sampled a few different pasta dishes (lasagna, seafood ravioli, and gnocchi) and a grilled vegetable antipasti and we enjoyed everything we ate. There was talk of grandma-made desserts, but we were ultimately too full to sample anything on this visit. We will be back!
Tried this restaurant since we saw it was new to Open Table and it did not disappoint. Authentic Italian food all made from scratch. All family and friends working in the restaurant and our waiter was Daniela's son so he knew what was good and great since he grew up with these meals. We each had something different and we were all happy with our meals. Tables a bit tiny for all the food we ate but otherwise very good service and authentic homemade food. Tiramisu for dessert was very good. Give it a try.
