The filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, breaded veal and braised lamb shank are delicious options, too. Ristorante Quattro has some nice sweet treats you can enjoy after your meal. Very friendly owner and server. Excellent service and great environment for a family get together. Quiet corner table, easy to have a conversation. Food was very good a portions adequate for lunch. Price reasonable for the location.

We were vacationing in Montreal and had a craving for a good plate of pasta and after searching all the local reviews of Old Montreal we found Quattro and it was quite delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant !!

One of the most consistent restos in the city...and consistency in service and quality is critical to remaining on our go-to list. Always accommodating and always properly prepared and served. Veal is always a winner and the Shrimp pasta (spicy) is a hit.

Several rough things... Staff appeared to be involved in an argument with a patron ("this is my place of work" "I'm not going to talk about this here with you" & patron grabbing our waitress for help- "you want to help me out here? They are talking about calling the police") Served spoiled chianti and called it "sweet" ... No such thing. 3 of our 4 pasta dishes were dry- just not enough sauce We were never brought 3 of the 4 soup/salads that we ordered The food runner checked on us more than the waitress The waitress rang up an item wrong and rolled her eyes when we checked the receipt Incredibly loud atmosphere- couldn't hear our own party talk

Le seul commentaire que je peux donner est qu'il y avait des travaux sur la rue et il y avait un peu plus de bruit que d'habitude. Mais ce restaurant est une expérience fabuleuse avec le propriétaire qui vient vous parler comme si vous étiez de la famille. Les employés sont tout aussi fantastiques et avenants. Un must de Montréal!!!

We were greeted by the owner and shown to our table. The service was excellent and the food is fantastic. Everything was super fresh and absolutely delicious. Great vibe and plenty of room (comfy seats and tables were not jammed together). Take it from a New Yorker, the food here is as good as you would get in Manhattan, or even in Italy. Plus, the prices were reasonable. P. S. It was not on the menu but they did have a bottle of excellent limoncello worth asking for.

Greatly overrated and overpriced. Wine tasted like it came from a box. Waiters poured the wine in the kitchen rather than at our table. Rabbit was dry and flavorless, fingerling potatoes were undercooked. Tablecloth was paper, and there was dirty cutlery on the floor from the previous night (we got there at opening). Restroom was filthy. Dinner for two with no dessert and two glasses of wine was $140 CA with half of it inedible. View from the window was piles of trash.
