   Pierluigi is an amazing chef-manager. His food is over the top. His servers make everyone feel at home. I’ve dined all over the world. Ristorante Quattro is world-class.

   I went with my girlfriend. I believe it is a very comfortable place to have dinner. It is a typical Italian restaurant, and you feel the environment. The waitress was nice and attentive. The price is a little bit expensive but acceptable. We ordered antipasti, which I highly recommend. Then we ordered gnocchi and spaghetti with seafood. They were good, but especially for the second one, it was too spicy. Otherwise, the dish is amazing. The soufflé for dessert was really good as well. Even though there are some things to improve, overall it is a great choice.

   The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nice BUT the service was TERRIBLE and unfortunately, you can't lack on service regardless of how good the food is. The waiter never and I mean never came and checked on us - never asked if we wanted a second round of drinks, and we DID and would have. Never asked how our food was, if we need anything, NOTHING! I've been a waitress so I know what it's like to be busy, but you need to acknowledge, check on your tables. It was lousy service and unfortunately it ruined the dining experience for us. I would not go back and give them my business again.

   We came for dinner with a family of 4, two kids under age 6. The service was excellent, adaptable and fast. The risottos (seafood and mushroom) were both perfect. I’d recommend this restaurant to any family. Great atmosphere to go with great quality.

    Service was quick - almost too quick for a romantic meal. Food was 7/10. My partner had a bit of shell in his seafood dish. My medium beef was served medium-well and was underwhelming. Restaurant is bright and loud, but had nice exposed brick walls and linen tablecloths. Service was attentive and drink list was limited, but house red wine was nice. We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 33rd anniversary and were underwhelmed. Pricey for what you get.

    From the moment we were greeted at the door to the end the service was impeccable...The food was great and they made us something not even on the menu. and the little extras the owner brought out were unexpected and appreciated....I liked the music they played while dining if you like the oldies.

    We visited Quattro 7 years ago on one our first dates. Unfortunately, it took us a while to get back here but now that we’re married we made it point to visit this wonderful rest where it all began. We were so happy that the only thing that has changed is that Quattro is better than ever. The owners and staff here are so warm and welcoming, and their service is top-notch. The food incredible. If you visit any Italian restaurant in Montreal, this is the place.. Needless to say we will be back but much sooner than another 7 years. Dave & Michael

    This is one of our favourite Italian restaurants. The food is delicious, lovely low key ambiance and the service is phenomenal. The owners are the loveliest people, always present and taking care of their patrons. They always ask about allergies and food intolerances and take it to heart. We come back time and time again with our 2 teenagers and we always enjoy it.

    We went for and early New Year’s Eve supper. The burrata is the best in town! It’s big enough to share with someone. The grilled veal chop was out of this world. But let’s not forget the in house made focaccia bread, it was incredible! The whole experience was just lovely and worth every penny!

    One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The service was absolutely horrific. It took over an hour to get our food and my risotto was very undercooked. There were pieces of broken seafood shells throughout the risotto. When I brought it up to the manager he took the same risotto and boiled it with some water. One of the worst meals I have ever had. If you want a good experience do not go here! Trust me on this.

    Great food, great service, nice and quiet location. Pasta was made fresh in house and everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Montreal in the mood for Italian cusine. Will definitely come back!

    Waited for 2 hours, while all the other tables were served and finished. We were the only Asian table, and very odd that only our table got neglected for full two hours despite of frequent request to check our orders. Although our dishes came out two hours late, we still paid for the dishes, and got our two glasses of wine discounted for our wait. We had to argue for a while to hear an apology. I tried to be consistently respectful and gentle, but their attitude was very unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. Maybe they thought I don’t speak English well enough to argue with them.

    took over an hour to get our food, only 1 waiter for full restaurant. i got full after a couple bites of a gluten free pasta that was tooo aldente ( requested specifically well cooked) and requested to take home left overs and instead of packing it up, waiter threw it away. 36CAD for him to throw it away..

    Two things I loved about Ristorante Quattro…1-the pasta was cooked perfectly-al dente. 2-there was a small amount of oil used for my dish. I’ve had plates of pasta with a good 1/8 cup oil in my plate/bowl. The service was impeccable. The martini was superb. And the food was delicious. Thanks for a really, really nice evening.

    Nous avons vraiment passé une magnifique soirée. À commencer par l'accueil, chaleureux et pris en charge dès notre arrivée avec de petites attentions comme celles de prendre nos manteaux et de nous proposer une table à notre goût. Dans l'assiette, tout était parfait, des entrées aux desserts. Typique de l'Italie, comme si nous étions en voyage. Les plats étaient, chauds, généreux, gouteux et toujours bien assaisonné. Le service était parfait et a apporté grandement à la perfection de notre expérience. Rapide, efficace, sensible. Je vous recommande.

    We loved our dinner experience! We were warmly greeted by owner Josee and enjoyed Frank's service! The drinks and food were wonderfully prepared! We had an early dinner before a hockey game - Frank's timing for cocktails, apps and main was excellent. We felt that we had time to enjoy every part of the evening and not be rushed even on our time frame. We will return!

    Absolutely lovely. The owner greeted us and seated us. Service was swift and professional. Having worked fine dining all the expectations of the service was passed for me. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. Our salad was fresh and crisp. We had the Alfredo and gnocchi and it was fresh and perfect temperature. We suggest the lemon drop martini. Atmosphere was great. All around amazing experience and I will be back when I visit again.
