We celebrated our 35th anniversary with friends. The food, service and location were all amazing. I eat a vegan diet and the chef created a delicious meal one of the best I’ve had. We were all so impressed and we’ll be back.

Excellent food for all items -appys= brie, veg plate, charcuterie; mains=quiche, beef, shrimp. Really perfectly prepared and served. The room was cold and loud that day but it was an unusual cold snap. We all (7 of us) highly recommend it for any occasion, or for no special occasion at all.

We had the sweet potato chili. Very original and a huge portion. The winery is exquisite. Recommend Chardonnay:)

We were celebrating a few milestones. Our table was perfect..the view is excellent and we were far enough away from others so that we could hear each other. Matt, our server, was delightful as ever. Very attentive and accommodating. The food is exceptional and well priced for the quality and quantity you get. They acknowledged a birthday we were celebrating with a scrumptious Brownie with ice cream that we could all share. Well done River House. Of course we'll be back!

A great afternoon visit with lunch - the grounds & restaurant are beautifully decorated. The wine tasting (they are excellent wines & worth the purchase). Lunch was fantastic. A great venue for 2 for lunch or a 100 for a special occasion.
