    There was a problem with the food order. We waited for at least an hour before we got food. All of the tables that arrived after we did were served before us. Our elderly parents found the wait exhausting.

    We’ve been coming to the Riverbank for over 11 years and will definitely keep coming back. Excellent food & friendly and cheerful service. A small glitch with the delay in receiving our dessert but it was acknowledged, apologized for & we were compensated for it before we even had a chance to express our disappointment.
