Our experience at the Riverbank Bistro was excellent. The food was delicious and the service second to none. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The timing and pace of service was very well timed, we were neither rushed nor waiting. All in all exceptional evening.

The food quality was good. However the service was absolutely terrible and when told if going for seconds to reuse our plates!! We were paying an astronomical amount for what it was. I expected alot more from a 'high end' restaurant. Disappointed to say the least.

Food quality is excellent. I am aware that duck confit is a salty dish, but should you consider a blanc side or vinegary dish to balance the savoury? Just a suggestion :)

We visited on a Thursday evening and were pleased to find a "snowbird" special for those +60 . The servings were a bit smaller, so was the price, quality and service were wonderful.

Have written several glowing reviews for Riverbank Bistro. Not necessary to repeat what I have said previously. Will just add that, being "Snowbirds" the 4 of us ordered from the new "Snowbirds menu". Dan, this was a brilliant idea. a choice of 3 appies and 4 mains for an all inclusive price of $28.95. My striploin and their schnitzel were delicious.

Was given a gift certificate for Christmas and saved it for my birthday. Great birthday dinner, great food. I would have loved to see one non-alcoholic red and white wine option because I am pregnant and would have loved to have it to enhance the experience.

Riverbank Bistro for brunch is such a pleasure. Our meal consisted of classic eggs benny and the R.B. Breakfast Bowl. Both were excellent and my fellow diners raved about the R.B. Breakfast Bowl. Our eggs were cooked exactly as requested. I'll have to ask for a little more hollandaise next time as I would have savoured a bit more. Mimosas as always, service prompt and courteous, overall 5 star across the board and we definitely be back again soon.

We shared a ceasar salad then had the Root Beer Short Rib and the Pork Schnitzel. Dessert was the Key Lime pie. Service was great, food was great. One of the wonderful things about coming here is the consistency of both the food and the service.

Had an amazing date with my husband. It was our 6th year anniversary of our fort at date. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and desert was tasty. We enjoyed four time at the restaurant and will return again. Thank You.

We love riverbank! The (amazing) food never disappoints, and we LOVE the new menu. St. Albert is lucky to have such a great restaurant placed right on the river in a beautiful building less than 10 minutes from anywhere in the city! Dan is an incredible chef.

We started with Potato soup (RBB Soup Creation) $10 and the Slow Roasted Stone Fruit salad (online menu says peaches) $18. Soup was good but I think needed more bacon or cheese as was Just potato, but was very nice 8/10. Peach salad was 12/10 delicious! The Ancho Dusted Chicken Pasta $25. He gave it a 12/10 best pasta he has ever eaten (really he is comparing it to Boston Pizza), he thought the pasta was so perfectly cooked, chicken was moist, but sauce was 12/10 the greatest thing he has eaten. Lets just say no leftovers. I got the Schnitzel $32. The size IMPRESSIVE+ delicious. Definitely one of the Best I have ever had. French fries were tasty at first but cooled too quickly. Salad as good, dressing was spot on but arugula is not my thing. Overall could forgo the fries and salad and still 10/10 would get again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic first experience. Everything from food to drinks were amazing! The beef tenderloin and salmon entrees were superb and the key lime pie and creme brulee were excellent! Only small thing was it was a little drafty and chilly in there at times but overall would come back!

Food was delicious!!! Everything we had was so good. Probably one of the best meals I have had in a long time,we had the short rib and tenderloin. Along with appetizers and dessert. 100% recommend and will be back. Service was excellent too. Thank you for a great meal and night out!
