   We took our out of town guests to RiverHouse and the whole experience was excellent. The Roast Beef special was amazing! It was a perfect evening. Thank you for the great service.

   Food is always excellent as is the service. I would recommend both the restaurant and pub side depending on your preference. Outside patio on a sunny day can’t be beat

   Always one of our favorite places to eat - sitting beside the river , enjoying the ambience & yet only minutes from the tunnel. The dining room was busy, food was excellent, we had a good visit & then returned to the Delta Marriott hotel for the night. It’s a great way to catch up with city friends.

   The reservation system had a glitch and they didn’t have a reservation showing, but it didn’t matter. Sat outside on the pation with gorgeous views of the river and boats. I had the warm seafood salad and it was excellent. I wanted to lick the bowl clean. If it had come with some bread, I would have. My husband had prime rib and he really enjoyed it too.

   I have always loved the RiverHouse but I found the food rather expensive, although the wine was reasonable. When you add tax and tip, the cost is pretty high for a simple lunch.

   The food is really good... friendly people... overall, I rate it as excellent... just a suggestion... they should have a lunch menu not just brunch menu which offers more on breakfast... the menu is more on bread and salads ... entrees starts at 4:00 pm ... it will be perfect if lunch menu will also be available.     Our server Janine was ever so friendly and engaging. The food was delicious.. seafood salad ( kitchen wouldn’t split it tho), sea bass, tuna tower. Our friends loved their desserts.. espresso cream cake and apple galette. Lovely waterside table and good selection of draft beer and other beverages An umbrella for shade would have been good.     Had reservations. Sat out on the patio for at least 10 minutes before a server came. Not sure if they were understaffed that night. Food was pet quick but the quality was average considering the price. Vegetables were undercooked and the Arctic Char was a little on the dry side. I give a 2 out 5

    Asked for a booth, but didn’t get it, even tho we reserved. The food was good, but pricey. $20+ for a salad. Service was outstanding. The big issue is the noise. Not a great choice to have a conversation with a colleague.

    We are 3 Seniors and have been to the restaurant for lunch several times and have always found the food very good, the service excellent but the noise rather loud. We definitely intend to return as it is a very friendly atmosphere, also.

    The food was good, although I was served the gluten free bread instead of the cranberry bread. Nothing was mentioned about the extra charge for gluten free. The salad dressing was very good. Overall I will be back.

    A favorite go to restaurant for meeting friends from Vancouver. As usual the food was good & we had lots of time to catch up & solve the world’s problems. Our server was very attentive & always good fun to deal with. We enjoyed the long lunch!

    Wow, I had an incredible time at River house with my wife for a dinner celebration! The food was absolutely delicious and arrived in no time at all, leaving us all feeling completely satisfied. The service was impeccable, and despite the restaurant interior being a bit outdated, I highly recommend River house to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal experience with exceptional service.

    We were celebrating my adult son’s birthday on March 28 at 12:15 pm. Our reserved table had a gorgeous river view. It was sunny & clear with the mountains in the background. Our waitress was cheerful, professional and informative. She got our order 100% correct & brought a candle in the apple dessert for the BD boy.     A nice Dine Around Delta meal at Riverhouse with friends. It was quite busy on the Saturday evening but our food came quite quickly and was very tasty. Overall, it was a nice evening with good food and service. If we had one suggestion, its that the restuarant interior needs a bit of a refresh. Fully understsnding the implications of Covid over the past two years, we would simply suggest this as a focus for the owners going forward.
