    We ordered a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir for $50. Exciting. However it was so dark at our table we couldn't see our menus. The tenderloin steak was good. But the sides to the steak were awful. Not worth the price unfortunately. The atmosphere was nice. Music was not too loud and the view and decor was lovely. Our server Louisa was absolutely lovely and accommodating. I ordered the carbonara and the pasta was gooey and stale tasting. The sauce either used a mix of dry and fresh ground parmesan, or the parmesan had clearly sat in the fridge for too long because some of it was flaky and some was chunky. Not good. I only had a few bites and felt awful afterwards. No fresh parmesan or pepper or bread was offered at the table. Disappointing for the price point. We did let Louisa know that the carbonara was disappointing and they didn't charge us for it which was appreciated. We then tried the creme Brule which was really good. Unfortunately I really wouldn't recommend this restaurant for the price and lack of quality of the food.

    We kept our jackets on during dinner it was that cold. They didn't know how to make a B52 coffee, they served it cold as opposed to hot.

    Would have liked to had the breakfast menu, made reservations, and the only availability was in the lunch hour. Upon arrival there was absolutely nobody there but us for the first 30 minutes.

    Staff were very nice, the wine and the view were great, carbonara was a little on the salty side but tasted good. Overall great experience. Would recommend!

    The buffet was ok nothing great. For 52 a person I would expect better. Everything else was fairly good, staff, seating and noise levels. Would not do another buffet there.

    There were multiple errors made with the food throughout the night. The wait staff were friendly and did their best but it appeared disjointed. The food was so so for the price. Some tasted great and others tasted poor.

    Great view. But service was beyond bad. Lunch time business lunches should have top staff working. I was on time and first one in my party, the older lady (didn’t even get her name) who was supposed to be hostess was off photocopying in another room, luckily I saw her or I would have been waiting another 15mins. She actually turned out to be our waitress. Which was terrifying. Zero detail. Took forever to ask us if we even wanted a drink. Then forever to bring a drink. I can go on and on but I’m not going sit here and continue to bash. I get it. Hospitality is lacking good workers. But this place should have had more than one person starting at 12pm on a Friday. Won’t be going back for food. Maybe just a drink for the view.

    I went for the seafood stew which was just devine the last time I went and it was no longer on the menu. I was told they had a new chef and he changed the menu. They removed most of Mediterranean type dishes and replaced them with burgers and pizza. Very disappointed as a cook could make that. The meal was way over priced for what it was and not very good. I will never return.

    Food was amazing. We shared the all Pincho and Meze with an amazing glass of Berry Mojito. The waitress Chloe was great and was able to provide service both in French and English. We parked in the cover parking behind Best Western and the restaurant validated our ticket. La bouffe était délicieuse. Nous avons partager tous les Pincho et Meze avec un verre de Mojito au petit fruits. Chloe nous a offert un service hors pair en français et en anglais.

    The view was beautiful and the service was attentive, but the food was NOT worth over $200 for only 2 people. Our hotel room with the same view is a better value per night. The staff also tried to accommodate my gluten free allergy, which was appreciated, but there is no gluten free menu, nor are there many options on their regular menu.

    I thought it was just ok at the River Room. Nothing spectacular. The service and ambience were just ok. The food was good but probably won’t go back. I just wasn’t super impressed with the whole experience.

    It was not as formal as I thought it would be. I requested a window seat on our reservation as it was hubbies birthday however they don't hold window seats but we were lucky one opened up. Staff was amazing...very polite..asked several times but a few Staff if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Food was very good and a little pricey.. burger and fries $25...small Charcuterie board was $36... Parking was difficult to find so arrive early!

    Took my mom here for the Mother’s Day brunch and had a great time. The dining room is so pretty with a nice view, they had great meals and alternative options. The food was so good, and the chef even came out to say hello. It made our special day even more special. Also have to mention our waitress Gaby she was so great! Will come again.

    This is the second time I have been to the Riverroom. The food is outstanding. However, both times the service was extremely slow. The first time we arrived at 6 pm and had to be at a show next door at eight. Despite telling our server this, the meal took so long that we just made it to our seats before the show started. We had ordered gelato for dessert and by the time we got it, it was almost fully melted. It was a busy night and our server was run off her feet. This time, it took about 30-40 minutes to get our appetizers and another 30-40 minutes to get our meals. It was not the fault of our server, who was excellent. But the kitchen was very slow. Given that there were very few diners at the time, it is hard to understand why it took so long. We did not stay for dessert this time.
