    My experience was horrible, the staff were unprepared, the table was not set. The steak presentation was poor , cocktail was so bad , it was given as complimentary. The management team did not reach out to me.I would never recommend anyone to dine here.

    We read in the Edif magazine that this was the best patio dinning in the River Valley, booked for a very special occasion asked specifically for a patio table only. When we arrived we were told the patio as closed!!! Someone should have contacted us on that.as the booking was made well over a month and a half prior. Really did ruin the evening ended up going next door to the Mac.

    The room we were sat in had no A/C and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The prime rib was very dry and over done. Do not recommend and will not return. Ruined Mother’s Day.

    Our Mother’s Day Brunch was a bit of a disappointment. The food was good minus the seafood bar baking in the sun. There were virtually no servers to be seen anywhere in the seated portion of the restaurant. No music was playing in the restaurant so that killed the awesome views. We will not be a repeat customers

    Definitely a great experience visiting Riverside Bistro for the first time. It was unfortunate (but understandable) that we could not enjoy the patio due to the recent brush fire and damage to the patio railing and glass. This is the ONLY negative I can say about the experience that affected it's value; everything else including food and staff service and attentiveness was several magnitudes of order above any other place I've visited in a long time.

    Mothers Day brunch was way overpriced for what was received. Not enough staff on hand, had to get our own drinks and clear plates from our table. Food was acceptable, but not as expected given the price. If the cost was half, then the experience would have been as expected.

    Seems to be marketed as a high end restaurant but it was super casual. Staff wasn’t terribly interested nor professional, the food was good but not great (not worth the price which was quite a bit), but the view was pretty spectacular during spring time. The patio was also closed for the season for maintenance, and inside was freezing cold.

    It was Ok, charging $50 to use the igloo is a bit much , can't remember what I paid fir 4 scallops but expectations were alot higher , the nonstop walking in of the waiter was annoying, there should be a call button so your not interrupted every 10 minutes. Overall way to expensive

    Upon getting into our reservation the dome was beautifully decorated for our anniversary which we liked. Our server then proceeded to tell us our food bill needs to be a minimum of $150 plus a $50 charge for the dome is applied to the bill. I honestly don't remember ever reading this information so it was a bit of a shock. Food was not great, both my husband and I felt ill once we got home. We just chalk it up to trying something new and it isn't anything we will do again at this establishment.

    Food was very good, portions seemed slightly small for the price though. Server was pretty poor, she may have been new. Never offered to fill water, and forgot for 10 min after we asked. Also made some errors on our orders and then asked if we wanted our correct order or if the error was okay…. Overall decent experience

    We went for what was to be a romantic evening, our dome door was ripped, ambient lighting nonfunctional, food was overpriced typical hotel lobby fair. Only good thing was our waiter, it was his first night and he tried hard to give us the best experience possible.

    Furniture was uncomfortable. Sitting at a coffee table to have dinner makes no sense. The zipper on the dome was broken. It was freezing. I will not return.

    David was our server and he was excellent. I ordered the pork chop and while the flavour was good the meat was overcooked so David suggested the pasta dish and it was perfect.

    They really need to work on the the heaters with the pods. It took a really interesting evening to being very uncomfortable by the end. So easily fixed with some time and effort. Great concept but needs work if you are going to charge for the seat. Food was very good. Service was long breaks between courses.

    The Dome experienced is unforgettable. I would prefer to go again n again. The place is very romantic and u can play song on your choice and presentation is awesome . The food is awesome and very delicious. The place is very clean and food service provider is very friendly.

    We went for a birthday celebration 🍾 it was a really memorable evening! I read all the reviews and was aware you should dress warmly,very happy we did. It was -10-13 and we had on layers that made us comfortable after a time it did get a little warmer? The food was absolutely delicious 😋 I had the buffalo 🦬 and it was a lg portion,my husband had the land and sea he enjoyed it. Although the server kept saying the plates were very hot due to outside his potatoes were not, overall we enjoyed the experience!! It is a $200.00 dollar evening keep in mind . It is a private dinner that’s kind of special!!

    The service was impeccable. The dome was generously conditioned, with two main heaters and one foot warmer. They decorated it beautifully with colorful lights and candles. The dome was very spacious too, we didnt feel crammed at all. They had blankets and the seats were very comfortable. The food portions were very generous, I could say one meal size could be up for two people. The menu had lots of options too and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I would totally recommend this for a night out with friends or a date night. The river view is surreal. Satish was really attentive and catering. He did an excellent job in making us feel comfortable and pleased with the ambience and meal. He even offered to take photos for us to have as memory. He also went to get other candles for us to have inside our dome and was always caring of us being warm. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

    The view was spectacular, overlooking the river valley. The food was nothing short of amazing and the domes were nice and cozy!! Our waiter was always checking on us and we didn’t want for anything at all. The timing of the appetizers was great and the meal was outstanding!!

    One of the domes were booked for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I called ahead before i booked to make sure they could be reserved at any temperature. Was ensured they were warm inside with heaters. We arrive was -22 and the dome was not warm at all, my daughter and her friend spent most of the time inside warming up, our feet were frozen the entire time. They leave utensils outside, so when the meal comes you are using super cold utensils. The server didn’t even come check to see how the meals were. The burgers were great, the $55 steaks were horrible, chewy, full of fat and grizzle. Was really disappointed. DO NOT BOOK if colder than -10 unless you have full winter gear. They should warn people ahead the temperature of domes and to bring full winter gear if you want to still go. So if warmer with better food and service, it would have been a neat experience!!

    The domes do not have sufficient heat for the really cold temperatures. No additional heaters can be provided due to electrical restrictions and this service in the domes would not be offered a temperature below a certain point. Our appetizers got cold in under 3 minutes we moved inside for our meal We had our winter boots and coats but still were frozen. The servers were exceptionally but the domes unless they can provide heat that a person can sit without winter clothes should not be offered or only offered with a warning that it is a cold dinning experience.

    The dome zipper malfunctioned the entire time so it got really cold despite blankets and heaters. Since I pay extra for the dome - I'd like one that works

    Beautiful experience! We went to celebrate a birthday. Igloo was decorated and the ambience was beautiful. Wish there were more chicken options in the menu as some of us don’t eat beef. They seem to be saving on electricity as the glow seen in Google pictures was missing. Lots of unoccupied igloos were not lit. After charging 50 dollars igloo rental fee, they should not make dinner purchase of $150 mandatory. But overall we lived this experience, food and service. Do try and take at least 6 people so you reach $150 food purchase mandatory total!!

    Dine in last Valentine's Day, We are glad that our server Ronalyn are so accommodate to us even so busy that night. 4 course menu was so delicious even the music and ambiance surpass our expectation. Thank you!

    Took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day. The set menu was delicious and the outdoor domes were a lovely atmosphere for us. Our server who's name i unfortunately don't recall was very nice and the gentleman who performed Spanish Romance on acoustic guitar was a nice bonus to an already very enjoyable even. I would certainly recommended the Valentine's Day package to anyone making future plans.

    Arriving at the restaurant they had lost our reservation, but they made quick accommodations. 4 course meal came out in the wrong order. Quite noticeable the server wasn’t trained in Fine Dining. Particularly for the price they were asking on the experience..

    The Dome was great, but it would have been helpful for the cost of the dome to be put online ahead of time. Food was really good, but a bit pricy. The ambiance of the dome was perfect and the view was amazing.
