We booked Robba da Matti (Yaletown) during the Covid restrictions on interior dining so we were on the patio which was great. All tables outside were also separated by plexi-glass as well. We ordered Beef tenderloin carpaccio, burrata caprese, Bruschetta Leccese, Spaghetti alla carbonara, and the Pesto & burrata. All the ingredients were so incredibly fresh and the tenderloin, burrata, olive oil, and pesto were delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful. We will definitely return!
Everything was great.
The outdoor patio was cute and warm with the heater. However the tables were very close to one another due to the small patio size. The food was good. We got the date night special think its worth the $. The guy waiter was awesome, super friendly and sweet. Good service. Recommend this place for Italian food lovers.
Great location, friendly service. Food was good. We really enjoyed the burrata appetizers with warm fresh bread. Pasta excellent and my husband I shared each other’s courses.
Cozy comfortable sitting outside with nice outdoor heaters to keep you warm. Great choice for a casual evening meal.
I definitely recommend this place 100% my favourite Italian restaurant in town. Great food, affordable prices, amazing service and warm environment. Thanks for the whole staff, they always make you feel in a small Italy :)!
Delicious food and great service! Will definitely be back
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our waitress was very nice to us and pointed out some good food options for us. The food was also very good, and I appreciate that the waiters would come to check up on us.
Came here for my birthday and the server was so wonderful. She was kind and always a step ahead of us to make sure we have what we need.
The seafood risotto is to die for if you like seafood. I’m still dreaming about it.
Server was a bit rude and tried to rush us out. Serve was unable to properly serve my food due to the tight space between tables. Also my glass was dirty, which is not acceptable. But the food was good.
Food and service were excellent. Because of Covid restrictions it felt like being cooked for by a private chef which was excellent! Great outdoor dining experience!
Great service and amazing food! I love that they offer Gluten Free options!
Came here for yummy Italian food, recommended by a foodie friend! I asked the waitress which pasta to choose, between the pesto and the carbonara. Her descriptions of the food wasn’t helpful (“one has meat, and the other doesn’t”). So on the spot, I just ended up going with the carbonara, which unfortunately I did not like. I found it to be quite salty, and the pancetta to be too crispy. My friend who ordered the gnocchi had a fabulous experience with her pasta, however! And the panna cotta was amazing (happy to say the waitress suggested this). Although... according to my friend who ordered the tiramisu, the lady fingers were still frozen. It could have definitely been a one off day for the restaurant when I went though, as I know they have a fabulous reputation. One thing that did concern me in terms of the service, was that our waitress’s mask was below her nose the entire time, which made us quite uncomfortable. Please encourage your staff to be more cognizant of their facial masks! Thank you :)
It was Wonderful definitely will be coming back!!!!
Quality food, but the choices are limited and descriptions aren't very helpfyl. Service was very fast, but not helpful.
If you love great pasta and salads in small friendly environment this is a perfect choice
Really enjoyed the food and service!
Had all three courses (salad, pasta, dessert, wine and coffee)
Would recommend.
We had a fantastic evening. We loved the music, atmosphere, share plates and cocktails! Highly recommend.
Found the restaurant by accident but what a happy accident it was!! A Date Night deal, with appetizers, a main, dessert AND a bottle of wine was an amazing deal in what felt like a high end establishment. I will definitely recommend it and will no doubt visit again next time we visit Vancouver.
Good food and service in a quaint location in Yaletown. Nice patio for a sunny day.
Food was not great, nothing wrong with it, but only 1/4 of us actually enjoyed our dinner. They were unhelpful with Allergies and dietary restrictions.
Amazing experience as always. Server was fantastic with suggestions.
Always great food and a great atmosphere here. It's the third time we've come for our anniversary and it is always amazing.
The pappardelle I ordered was all stuck together and hard. The do use fresh pasta so this can happen sometimes, but I really don't like chunks of pasta stuck to each other. We were supposed to get a free $45 bottle of wine with our dinner but when the bill came we paid but realized after they had charged us. They were sorry for the error but indicated they couldn't credit our card. I had to leave so my wife stayed to collect the cash, which they only gave her $45...so forget the $6 tip we gave them for the wine and at least $5 in taxes; shorting us at least $11 for their mistake. Its a good restaurant but there are many choices so we likely will not be going back.
I love this little restaurant. Food was outstanding and consistent to prepandemic experiences.
Please support them!
Really good food. Great service.
Lovely and will revisit
Delicious authentic Italian food! Loved the panna cotta!
The food portion was very small and my gnocchi was way too soft and powdery.
Taste not worth the price.
The food is really good and authentic Italian, and the service is great.
We did their DINE OUT MENU. from appetizers to dessert...it was well worth the $45/each price point. Vittorio was an awesome host and server. Will definitely go back. In fact, we want to go and try their other restaurant in the West End.
Victorio was our server and he did an outstanding job! We loved our meal and the cozy ambience
Fun little place to go. Good value with dine out, not sure about normally.
The food was very good but the heating on the patio doesn't go all the way to the far chairs. The waiter forgot about our desserts as well but overall it was good.
I tried the dineout menu with my friend. The appetizer Beef Carpaccio was amazing and loved the lobster and crab ravioli! The dessert Chocolate Mousse was perfect. Will be coming again :)
just average. not really value for money for dine out vancouver
We have been to this restaurant before, that is why we booked for Dine Out. They also have a Vegetarian Menu, which you can order, if so desired... the beef carpaccio was excellent as was the crab and lobster ravioli. There were four choices for dessert, panna cotta, chocolate mouse, tiramisu, and lavender creme brûlée. So much food, very good food. The only reason we gave a lower service score is because the kitchen got our order wrong. We split our main and split our next main, so all good...
Great food and great location. Place is small but worth it.
Service was tremendous and so was the food
Fast service
The food was fantastic with very generous portion. Service was also good but a bit slow as the restaurant was full and we only saw 2 servers.
There was plexi glass that separated the tables but in my opinion they are still pretty close to each other.
This was one of the best meals I’ve had! Staff are lovely and great ambience.
