It all started with a little neighbourhood eatery called Rock Creek. Opening in Regina in 2006, it was founder Stu Rathwell’s dream to create an upscale yet unpretentious restaurant with a casual lounge, a fun upscale menu and an inviting interior.

The food was fairly good but the description in the menu did not match what we received. Great service and atmosphere though! Dessert was delicious!

For a Saturday at noon for lunch I found it odd we were the only 3 people in the restaurant when we arrived and still the only 3 people there when we left an hour later. Food was and service were good.

Our meal and service were great. I just wanted to mention that after booking my reservation online and getting a confirmation email the day before the restaurant did not have my reservation when we arrived. They said it may have been passed to the other Rock Creek location, however my confirmation specifically stated the Normanview location. Luckily the staff were accommodating and able to get us a table that fit our large group, but I thought it was worth mentioning that my online reservation did not work.

The overall experience was okay. Our service was friendly. The food had good flavour but it wasn't very hot once it made it to our table. We had originally requested a table in the lounge when we placed our reservation online but we still ended up getting sat in the dining room even though both sides of the restaurant were nearly empty. The dining room didn't even have any music playing in the background. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn't go back.

It was very good and the service was good. We waited a long time for our bill because the waitress was busy. We were going to a concert and getting anxious to get going, so the wait was a bit of a problem. Otherwise, it wouldn't have mattered.

We had good food and enjoyed the meal.

My wife and I had dinner then a movie. This is one of our fave restaurants in the city and it’s close. The food is always amazing and we’ve always had good service.

Excellent meal and our server was wonderful It was quite busy as Star Wars was playing so many people came in for pre movie dinner. Despite being busy the service was excellent.

First time using open table but will do so again - worked well.
