We look forward to being of serv
Great service from some genuinely nice servers made for a great Valentines night for my lady partner.
Food was very nice but the carrots could have done with a little more time.
Overall a good night!
I had the Albuquerque chicken which was good, it came with a huge portion of rice and veggies. I ordered the small size and I thought it was a big so I can only imagine what the full size is like. Service was slow to start but she apologized and it was fine after that. One complaint was the sun dried tomatoes which topped the chicken were burnt but over all everything was good.
Had a light supper. Food was good. Really enjoyed the"Smoked Bean Cafe'" (after dinner coffee) If you for there be sure to try it!
There was only 1 server and the bartender for the entire restaurant. It was extremely busy and they could not keep up with taking orders, refilling coffee, running food (all the toast were hard, you could tell they had sat under the warmer to long) We asked for our bill long in advance and it still took a long time. 2 tables actually got up and left, because they were waiting so long. I do not blame the server, she was doing the best she could do with a restaurant full of customers. For Sunday Brunch there should be at least 2 or more servers on. We have been there before and the service was good, but after this last experience, we will not return.
Overall it was fine. It was a good environment for a night out with friends.
we ate there for breakfast. It was very good with large portions
Thanks Lona for the review! Cheers!
Had a wide variety of options on the menu, cool decor and a good patio.
Nice place, but service was slow even though they were not busy. The rest of the party enjoyed their food, but I had their BBQ. Not sure if I should expect less getting BBQ from a joint that doesn't specialize in BBQ, or if joints that don't specialize in BBQ shouldn't be serving it. Brisket was a shredded pile, ribs were overcooked, and sausage was way overcooked. Mac and Cheese side was bland.
Anticipating a packed restaurant on Valentine's Day, I made a reservation through Open Table, but when we got there the receptionist didn't have my reservation. Luckily, things were winding down and there was plenty of room. We heard a live band playing and asked to be seated in the bar area with the live music. It was a nice atmosphere with some great music. The service was good, the food was tremendous. We left the venue full and satisfied. I would definitely go back to The Rock Creek Tap & Grill.
The ribs tasted stale. The prime rib was half inedible fat. The vinaigrette on the coleslaw had too much vinegar.
Great tasting food and wonderful service!
We waited 45 minutes after sitting down to get our appetizers. One items was clearly freshly made while the other had been sitting for some time. Our waitress said nothing about the long wait, while other tables who arrived after us received their meals. The entrees were fresh and hot, presented immediately after the appetizers were done. They tasted very good. The service was polite, but insincere and disappointing.
Steak was not cooked the way we wanted. From medium i got medium rare. And my sister said medium well she got very rare. But overall, it was really good!! We will definitely come back!!
We booked a table for our anniversary. We were seated at a table right by the kitchen so people were constantly walking by our table....no privacy at all.
My pasta dish was lukewarm. Took the waitress forever to refill my water glass. Husband ordered a burger and barely got any fries.
Not someplace I would go back to anytime soon
Went with a friend and we agreed to split food when she’s put in
her bill split up the drinks as well
Didn’t think anybody would do that
Both the steak and salmon were over cooked and frankly, pretty much tasteless. Service was friendly.
