   Great outdoor patio area. Somewhat limited menu but the food was great. We had the halibut special in pastry and salmon entrees. Delicious. Nice wine selection. Fortunately, the waitress told us that the Rockefeller martini was very dirty. I had martinis with olives. Will definitely return.

   We ordered the scallop dish which was phenomenal as well as the oysters. Plus drinks off the happy hour menu ( their selection could have been better ). not impressed with the way a situation was handled by staff regarding the bill but overall it’s a delightful environment. Well lit and the decor is very nice inside!

   It was our first time dining at Rockefeller and we tried several appetizers and they were all fantastic! The Chips and guacamole, meatballs with polenta, shrimp cocktail, and calamari were delicious. For entrees, we enjoyed the lobster rolls, shrimp tacos, and squid ink seafood pasta. Rockefeller is a 10/10 …highly recommend! The service and the food were excellent!

   Freshly shucked oysters! Lobster rolls! It was a like a feast at the beach without seagulls trying to steal your food, fighting for parking and being sticky and sandy. Rockefeller never disappoints. The service is always excellent and the food is absolutely delicious. And, don't forget to read the wine descriptions. Even if you don't drink wine, they are clever and entertaining.

    Nice venue in a good location. The food was OK, but not great. Service was poor. Servers appear not to be trained. There was a man who appeared to be in charge that was unprofessional, and who was wearing a dirty white t-shirt that was too small and his bare belly was hanging out below the shirt. :-(. The moment we sat down, the hostess told us they were busy so needed to be gone in 90 minutes. We were a table of 5 and I understand they want to turn the tables but to be greeted with that demand was quite off putting. They took my husband’s salad away when he still had a bite or 2 he wanted to enjoy. We were told the fish n chips came with coleslaw - never got the slaw even after 2 reminders. Also got no apology or substitute. It will be a long time -if ever -before we go back.

    Our reservations was at 7pm, but they didn’t seat us until 7:45pm. And then we never saw our waitress until 8:05pm. From looking around, we could tell they were severely understaffed, which was surprising since it’s restaurant week. Food was great and wait staff was very friendly and accommodating, just not enough workers. Overall we still had a nice experience so we would come back.

    Went here during restaurant week. It wasn’t overly crowded. Appetizers were good but the entree(s) were fair at best. Nothing to be excited about. Squid ink fettuccine was decent flavor but hardly had any seafood at all in it. Salmon was ok, not much flavor to the beurre blanc sauce. The server was very nice but the service was terrible. We were there for almost 3 hours for dinner from the time we sat down. Disappointing to say the least. Unfortunate as it is a pretty cool little place.

    The restaurant is very noisy inside and out on the patio. We asked that the misters be turned off as it was a beautiful evening and we’re told they could not be turned off. Then about 2/3 of the way through our very chilly dinner they miraculously were turned off 🤷‍♀️

    Fresh oysters and oysters Rockafeller were very good as was the Caesar salad. Sea bass was a little over cooked and the sauce did not match the fish well. Monday night is happy hour all night.

    We sat outside, which was great atmosphere. It took longer then we would expect for soup to come out and when it did it wasn't even at a warm temperature. Other then that the rest of our food was delicious and our waitress was very pleasant.

    Food was good although the soup (clam chowder) was luke warm at best. Salmon perfectly cooked, calamari a bit soggy. Service was very efficient and timely. Background music was too loud and more “nightclubbish, making any conversation difficult.

    We made a res for 4 with Open Table for inside for a birthday celebration. We arrived on time but we’re told we would have to eat outside. We pointed to an empty booth but we’re told it was for 5 (although it was preset for 4). After insisting, we were shown to that booth. Serra, our server, brought our cocktails 20 minutes later. ps: don’t order Manhattans or Old Fashions-they were vile. Serra insisted we hurry with our order as we were limited to 90 minutes. We had finished our first course but when we asked where our bottle of wine was she told us “we are busy”, as she was standing at the hostess desk. Our entrees were tasty and delivered hot. It would have been nice to at least offer a birthday wish but we didn’t even feel welcomed. The busboys hoover around the dining room with black rubber gloves waiting to clear a plate or glass whether or not it’s empty. This place lacks training and certainly lacks finesse. If you plan to go here order ahead of time and bring your own booze.

    What a disappointment. Very noisy, server had an attitude as soon as she realized we were not there for Restaurant Week. $6 Happy Hours martini's were barley a swallow, so we ordered 'regular' ones. Glass was only 3/4 full, vodka (well) was watered down and for that we were charged $19 per drink. Server adjusted the price since she originally told us 'regular' martini's would be double the ridiculous mini price of $6. Claimed it was her error and took of $6 per drink, which still came to $13 each. We regularly went to the Rockefeller in Redondo Beach and had a far better experience than this pretentious, overpriced place. Won't be returning.

    We waited over a half hour after we were seated for a server even though I asked the bus boy and hostess twice for service. The bartender left my credit card in the machine. I had to get the hostess attention to retrieve it even though I was trying to get the bartenders attention. Food was average. I will never go back

    Our server and hostess were both outstanding. Both went the extra mile. The hostess came over because the bartenders were busy and helped us out. Our server was so very personable. It is a small space so do get reservations.

    What a beautiful experience. The wine, the food, the service. It was a perfect night and I’m grateful for trying this establishment. We celebrated my dates 38th birthday and the food was perfect. The calamari, crab cake, clam linguini, scallops, the lemon risotto, the wine…it was a perfect night out.

    We came for Mother’s Day and had an amazing time. We sat outside in the patio lounge seat area. The weather was perfect. The surroundings very picturesque. The drinks amazing! The food was good. I would only suggest having something a bit more little kid friendly (i.e. chicken dish) or a kids menu. The service was excellent!

    We absolutely loved our experience at Rockefeller. Our server was incredible and the food was so good! Our only negative was the shrimp tacos were way over cooked and so chewy. But the rest of the meal was one of our favorite restaurants when visiting Scottsdale! I would definitely return!

    If you are looking for an up beat fun food place, the Rock should be at the top of your list. The ambience is excellent with a welcoming staff that always remember your last visit. The menu is regularly updated with small bites and regular entrees that are very inviting and tasty for all. Be sure to join them for happy hour for discount food and drink.

    A lovely spot! Was graciously reseated inside since it was just too breezy on the very nice patio. I was reluctant to return after last visit because the music was simply blaring - too loud for that space. Thanks for turning it down. Will be glad to return. Food was really great.
