Food and service were excellent. Our server was courteous and very efficient

There were lots of tables available but we were seated directly beside two other tables in the back corner which was way too close to each other. Fortunately people at the table beside us requested to be moved otherwise we would’ve asked to be moved our selves. There was also an extremely loud and obnoxious group there that made the dining experience much less enjoyable.

Food was good. Just wish they had sat us farther away from large group. There was lots of empty tables

Impressed with the COVID measures and very happy to still be able to get a meal at the Rockford during the pandemic.

Was great to enjoy at the end of a busy day and only steps to the hotel.

Super quick friendly service and delicious food, a perfect after ski treat. Thank you!

Great service, great food! I always make a point of stopping in for lunch.

We stayed for 5 nights, ate 3 dinners at Rockford. Steaks were beyond tender and delicious. The kids meals are an excellent portion size including drink and ice cream. Sticky Toffee dessert AMAZING!!!
I had the Lobster Mac one night unfortunately it had a definite cast iron after taste.
Burgers fantastic. Wing Night just as great. Service was exceptional every visit. Covid protocol implemented and followed. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We dine here probably 3x a week.. and are SO happy they finally have a new menu! Can’t wait to try it all

Although we had reservations the hostess seemed surprised we were there and said our table was double booked. We were asked if we could be seated with the other group. Luckily for us the food was half price because the portions were small and it was mediocre. It was hard to tell who our server was because so many people delivered the food, and in truth hard to get a server’s attention when you needed it. Even at half price food still not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The food was flavorful and the service was good despite being busy. I feel there should have been another server on staff. The presentation of the meal was pleasant. They lose points for portion size for price. All three of us ordered steaks but the vegetable and potato that came with the meal was skimpy. Had we not ordered appies we would have been hungry. The carpet looked like it needed a vacuum, it looked a little neglected. I was also disappointed to see that the Thai curry that is on the website menu is not on the menu at the restaurant - it has always been my favourite. I understand that everyone has an off day so I will go back again. As a local, I have been several times and I look forward to the next dining experience to be a little more on point.

Visiting Revelstoke at The Sutton Place Hotel and our stay included some gift cards for Rockford so we went to check it out. Menu was very limited for those with dietary restrictions. Prices were decent. Our service was AMAZING! We had the same server 2x and she was wonderful! The hostesses were also super lovely as was anyone bringing food to our table. No complaints there!

Disappointing was that the food was mediocre at best.
Expectations were much higher considering the resort is The Sutton Place.

Kids menu was basic but all you really need. We had a few items off the appy list and some mains. All were pretty meh. I don’t expect we’ll plan to eat there next time around. Even if we received gift cards again I don’t think that’d be enough for us to go.
Speaking to some other guests at the resort, they noted the same as to quality of the food. Too bad really.

But in a pinch for great service and a nice ambiance, check it out. Just don’t expect quality food and you’ll be ok!

Outdoor was so nice and quiet service was great and food was amazing especially the BLT wrap and shrimp gyoza

We were surprised that many of our Asian inspired favorites were not on the menu as well there were only chicken and beef options no fish or seafood, lamb etc.

Asked waitress before ordered that Green curry is not spicy but it was so spicy. Changed for fried rice which is good. Steak is good but ramen was not Japanese style at all while it was named as Tokyo ramen. Generally overpriced.

We were at the restaurant during a long week end. The restaurant was very busy and they lack the available staff to obtain outstanding service. Props to our server for trying her best! Best value during happy hour. Boa buns were our favorite

We visited the Rockford on our last night, we were seated very quickly, but forgotten. We sat for a good ten minutes with no offer of drinks etc. we ended up asking for a server. Once the lady came she was very pleasant and asked for our drinks order, however because we had sat for a while we were ready to order everything. Granted it was busy, but there were enough staff on. The meal was very enjoyable and flavoursome.... we would return.

Had a large party here. Wonderful service, great food. Really enjoyed the evening.

Great night 12 of us in private room great service

Went there for breakfast after looking up the menu online. Was disappointed when we got there and the menu had only 5 things on it. Asked the waitress about the Eggs Benedict, she responded that they have never had Eggs Benny we were looking on a different restaurant. Food was okay, but seemed to take forever considering there was only 2 other tables.

The Staff were all helpful and polite. The food came quickly and was presented well, and was very flavorful. The menu had a good selection of different types of cuisine, so there is something for everyone. Would like to see a more diverse desert menu though - what is on the desert menu is very tasty though. Will go again.

Very tasty food! Enjoyed it and will go back again. A little noisy but good energy. Would like to see a little more desert choice. Very pleasant server.
