   My favorite, chicken scalopini has, I think been changed to a recipe with as a lower fat/calorie dish. As such, the chicken was too thin and over done enough that it was tasting a bit burned. And the wonderful sauce with capers and cream was barely there. I had a couple of bites which were almost reminiscent of the older version, but sadly I don’t think I will order this one again. The server, Abby was delightful and everything else was quite pleasurable. It is a very pleasant atmosphere. We are still fans and will return.

   The pollo caprese was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. It was like a flat compressed frozen chicken piece that was browned on a flat grill. Reminded me of a cheap burger joint kind of item Tasteless rubbery and flat out a disgrace to serve in an Italian restaurant. Salad was end of Romain white bitter ends and waitress told me it was the end of the salad bowl and no more was made Her service was great but I’m appalled at my 50$ Easter dinner. Will never go there again Their food has progressively become frozen then served

   Everything was good, however, feels like plates have gotten more expensive and they’re serving less portion. Wife and I had signature plate like salmon and cost $25 for a very small piece salmon and pasta. And $18 for Mac and cheese and NO protein is a bit high specially when kids are too old for kids menu and don’t finish half the plate - $9 goes to dumpers per plate. Not sustainable for a party of 5 like mine, so I will limit how often we go there.

   Our Server Andy, did an amazing job and make our experience an awesome one! The Hostess attitude on the other hand, when I ask her to change us to another table was not pleasant. At the end, it was the right decision to move our party to a table next to the fireplace, because an additional guest show up unexpectedly and we were able to accomodate her.

   Macaroni Grill is on our list of places to go with a large group 10-16. We make a reservation a couple of days ahead. The food and service is consistently good and we all have a good time.

    I went with an extended family. We had appetizers, mozzarella sticks and calamari. Everyone was pleased. Our food service was a little slow, as there was a large party celebrating an upcoming wedding seated next to us and our server was also helping at the bar. However, we were not in a hurry and when the food arrived it was wonderful. We love going to this location and will visit as often as we can.

    They had overbooked reservations. Ours was for 830 pm had to wait till 945 to be seated.Food was not good calamari was rubbery, my steak had to be done 3 times cause they do not know how to cook a medium steak.Never will go back

    I would give it 0 stars if possible. Made a reservation for 8pm and got told it would be a 45min wait. Wtf is the point of a reservation then?? Then, it was a large crowd of people at the front and the hostess told everybody that “they’re next” and some people with later reservation times got seated before people with earlier times which caused a lot of anger amongst everyone waiting. I waited ONE HOUR AND 15MIN after my reservation time and still didn’t get seated so I left. This wasn’t about being packed, it was about total incompetence by the staff and the hostess may need to retake kindergarten classes to remember how time works and what comes first. Total waste of time, and deserving of this Karen type review which is all facts. Spend your money and time somewhere else. What a sh*t show.

    We had reservations for 7pm. Didn’t get seated until a few minutes past 8pm. Hostess was telling everyone that there was at least a 45 minute wait and that was for all the people with reservations!!! I am sure they received numerous complaints on Valentine’s night . Check #2413645

    It was Valentine’s Day so I made reservations 2 WEEKS before on Open Table. We got to the restaurant 10 minutes before our reservation time only to walk into a waiting MESS and be told even tho we had reservations it was atleast a 45 min to an hour wait. They blamed the regional manager by claiming he told them to take 120 reservations although they could only accommodate 60. They also claimed the kitchen staff were WAY backed up and told them not to seat anyone (over half the restaurant were empty tables). The 2 females hostesses were TERRIBLE! Had no clue what they were doing, were VERY RUDE, and continuously messed things up. The male that was trying to help them was great. The manager was even called over and he just kind of laughed about it. After an hour of waiting I reminded the host we were still there and had not been called AFTER several people we checked in with and before had already been seated. The response was “We don’t know what happened”. 10 minutes later they sat us. From this point on it was great! Server was awesome! Food was wonderful! And the kitchen was actually NOT backed up.

    If there was an option for zero stars rating, this restaurant would get it. I booked this reservation for my family (my two year old and my 12 year old as well as my husband) we got to the restaurant 10 minutes early, table was reserved for 6:45PM for valentines celebration. We waited in line for 10 minutes, to be told that it was a 30 minute wait on top of our reservation. We didn’t get a text that our table was ready for an hour AFTER our reserved time. Please keep in mind I have small children that have school. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, and not friendly. I watched a server accept two regular walk in parties who hadn’t made reservations simply because he knew them and they were regulars. I am still so livid at the pure disappointment and disorganization of this place. At least call us to tell us your kitchen is backed up and to cancel our reservation. We left without eating and ordered a pizza instead! Never coming back.

    After we finished our meal we continued to talk for awhile with our table fully stacked with our empty plates. Even after we were handed our bill the server did not remove any plates. Only after asking him to clear some space so we could properly fill out the tip and balance, did he remove some plates, but only the plates in front of us and not the other guests.

    The restaurant was very slow in delivery of drinks and food. Over 20 minutes to get the drinks, server was saying he might have to be bartender also to speed it up. Also we had dinner served one hour after ordering. Some of the meals were lukewarm whiles others were perfect temperature.

    Our service was terrible. Our server came and took our order for drinks and then took our order for food when she brought the drinks. I ordered soup and she asked if i wanted it first. I said you can just bring it whenever its ready. Someone else brought us our food. We asked a random server if we could have some grated cheeses. She never came and asked if we needed another drink. When we were done with out meal she finally came to our table and apologized for not bringing the soup sooner and asked us how everything was tasting. We will never go back there. It was the worst service we have had in a long time. Its very unfortunate because the food was fantastic.

    It was Christmas. My food was cold but was good. I understand it was Christmas and they were short staffed. However the hostess Monica was very rude the entire time we waited for our table and she gave me dirty looks!

    No lobster or shrimp in lobster bisque. For $9 I think they could have out a teaspoon of seafood in it. Or said if you want actual seafood in the bisque add an upcharge. Probably much better when they are not short staffed. Overall nice Christmas dinner just not great.

    Macaroni Grill's online reservation system is easy, and customer-friendly to edit or cancel. Upon arrival the restaurant was fully open and ready to receive holiday guests. Tables were set nicely and wait staff was attentive soon after seated. Our plates of Grilled Salmon and Chicken Marsala with additional sides were both perfectly prepared and hot when served. Waiter Kai was friendly and took care of all our requests during dinner service. We were thanked for our visit. Very pleasant experience. Our only regret was that in addition to the regular menu, we would've liked to see a holiday ham or turkey option offered on Christmas menu.

    It was a terrible experience the waitress was unpolite and very rude to us from the beginning. She doesn't even let us know when the kitchen closed and also we wait for her because she was "behind" she drop the bill on top of the table and they had bad manners all around. My husband watch her zip on a cup of wine before came to serve the table and never ever care about any of the service she was providing

    The plate elements were all delicious but turkey amount was insufficient alongside heaping carb mounds of potatoes and stuffing for a $34 dollar meal. Cannoli was a miss, not traditional filling, and very little difference in a taste between the pumpkin and plain cream filling. Would’ve preferred a nice slice of pie or a scoop of cobbler. Have had the tomato basil soup many times but this day it tasted more like tomato sauce, and was served luke warm at 11:30am.
