    We had ten women who were from Murray High School Class of 66 at lunch. Food and atmosphere was perfect, as was the waiter. Thanks again.

    It was really bad, not busy should have known, the chicken in the Alfredo was frozen- I sent back the trio , chicken was rubbry, noodles were sticky and hard, the lasagna was the worse, sent back the steak was over cooked. The Manger got a new one. The broccoli was soggy, really it looked like colerier greens, gross. I spent $130, not 1 meal was finished. It was gross - we didn't want to wait 40 minutes for olive garden- there was no wait here it was so dead inside! Should have been a reason I learned why and wasted $130.00 Never again '

    Service is average, not bad. The only thing was eating 45 minutes for the food to arrive and 20 minutes eating for dessert.

    22nd anniversary dinner. Had reservations at 5:00 Saturday. The restaurant was half full. Waited 40 minutes at our table and only had drinks delivered. No bread no food. The silverware was dirty. The glasses were dirty. The men’s restroom was flooded under the sinks, and on the toilets. No toilet paper in the stall. I actually watched people get served that came after us so we left before we even got to eat. Needless to say I won’t be back. Worst restaurant experience I’ve had since I stopped at a dennys on the strip in Vegas 20 years ago.

    Arrived 10 minutes early. Was told to come back in 10 minutes to check in. After checking in ended up waiting 35 minutes for table. What’s the point of a reservation? One dish tasted like it had dirt in and every bite was like eating sand. Took 25 minutes for waiter to come back so we could get the dish remade. The butternut squash dish is typically very good. It was cold and dry. There was visible disagreements between the staff for whatever reason. Asked for balsamic four times and never got it. Overall terrible.

    Worst experience we’ve ever had at Macaroni Grill. A restaurant we have loved for years! Had a reservation for our anniversary. Sat for 2 hours waiting for our food. Meanwhile about 40 to go orders went out the door! Manager went back to help the cooks violating many food service codes.. no gloves hair down.. such a disappointment..

    It took over 90 minutes from being seated until main course arrived at the table. The presentation on several dishes was unappealing. The ravioli on one dish was unevenly done. The salad had the "been sitting in the fridge all day" taste. Server apologized for the slow service several times and comped dessert because of it. Overall very disappointed.

    Service was great. Food was well done. The walking violinist was a nice touch. Helpful for me as a point of reference. I would say this is better than Brio. The food was flavorful and light. The in-house wine was surprisingly good and the value was outstanding. Also, my service was out of the world. Wish I remembered my servers name. I would tell you to seat in his section. Overall, really enjoyed it.

    They didn't have our reservation when we showed up. They still got us table pretty fast. Food was poorly.cooked and lacked seasoning. Pretty expensive for what you get. Our server was great.

    Our party of six ordered chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, lobster bisque, and a chicken salad. All was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. We all believed the prices were reasonable for the LARGE portions we received. The complimentary loaves of hot bread (with olive oil/balsamic vinegar) were fabulous ! I highly recommend the Macaroni Grill!

    They put us next to the waiter room smelling a bad sink . Was decent service was decent but the facilities definitely's work they're layout is terrible putting people next to the bathroom they should have never designed a building for people to have access in such a way to be next to a common rooms that should never be on the floor in the eating areas

    We dinned on Christmas Day. We were so appreciative for our sweet waitress who was so kind, Sid soften, quick, punctual and jolly. The food was nice, hot and tasty. Great meal for a holiday away from home! Our Texas Christmas dinners are generally filled with lots of food and family since this was a small and intimate vacation, so was our dinner! Thank you for making our meal special!

    Terrible experience on Christmas Day 2022. You’d never know it was Christmas inside the restaurant, a few poinsettias and that was it. 45 minutes wait for two plates of pasta. We saw table after table sending food back. Nothing on the menu for Christmas like the do for Thanksgiving. The servers were making excuses for the kitchen; that’s when you know it’s going to turn out bad. Even the coffee was bad; cold. We won’t be back; and we drove 55 miles to get there.

    I really had a great experience at this location. All of the staff and servers were really nice, talkative and friendly. Really enjoyed my server, Kelly. She was great and have some great drink recommendations

    I don’t know if this particular night was understaffed or what, but our party of 5 waited 30 minutes just to get drinks! Very friendly staff and all, but the flow of the restaurant was absent. It took over an hour to get food. We had to ask for bread, kids’ drinks and why the bar was taking so long. It just appeared very inefficient, and it was felt by many of the guests surrounding our table. 😡

    Haven’t been there in years so we decided to go and check it out. Very disappointing. Food wasn’t the same at it was before. Food was mediocre and wasn’t impressive. Service was ok but seems the waiter was stressed and in a hurry. Never came back to our table until he brought the bill. Won’t be coming back there again.

    Delicious food. Not too noisy. Wish lighting was a little brighter as some of our party had a difficult time reading the menu due to dim lighting. I do understand it is for ambience though.
