   We had a reservation and sat down immediately. The waitress took her time to greet us but also came with the bread and olive oil dip in hand. Despite our order being mixed up and wrong the food was pretty good. I thought our drinks stayed low and untouched a few time for way too long. I also, thought the square table they provided was a bit on the small size for a family of 4. As we continued to eat I noticed other tables that were booths had cushions that were substantially ripped up with holes and tears. The bathrooms were mostly clean but the repetitive Italian word lessons were tiresome and old fashioned. I love Macaroni Grill ! My dinner was the only one that was want messed up and I enjoyed it. Overall I think this location needs to do a relaunch of some points of service with their wait staff, remodel their interior, and lose the Italian lessons over the speakers. Some nice authentic Italian music would be much better. I was disappointed in the run down appearance of what I considered a descent restaurant just years back.

   We love this place usually. This time, it was completely different. Took an hour to get our entrees. The food didn’t taste as it usually does. Pizza was undercooked. Pasta dishes just weren’t good. Even the bread was hard and disappointing. The service was also not up to par. They were obviously understaffed. We won’t give up on Macaroni Grill. Hoping this was a one off.

   Enjoyed an early dinner at Macaroni Grill on Wednesday. Dee was our server and he did an excellent job of taking care of us. House wine was affortable. Learned that you now have to request complimentary bread.

   Went for Thanksgiving dinner. They were out of a veggie choice and two of three desserts on menu at 6pm. Brought wine 20 minutes after ordering but had no clean glasses, so we could just look at the bottle during first course. Glasses came with our second course. No cranberry relish that was supposed to come with the meal. Took forever to get desserts and then the check. And it wasn’t even crowded. We’ll try somewhere else next year.

   We went for Thanksgiving dinner. It was freezing the restaurant and food was served cold. Would expect them to be busy on the holiday but we went later in the day and it was that crowded.

    Jasmine was the perfect hostess and made our Thanksgiving holiday so special. The chefs outdid themselves with everything! I’ve never had a more flavorful and juicy turkey & the traditional Thanksgiving sides were phenomenal. We had the perfect experience. So glad they took reservations and had our table waiting when we arrived so no wait.

    Waitress must have been having a bad day. She never smiled and forgot to bring out our salads. They never came. When we were ready to leave, I told her not to worry about it and she just took it off the bill.

    The food was terrific but I really missed the Lamb Chop they used to have. They said it's been a year since they could get any. I had never had lamb till here around 45 years ago, now it's gone. Boo hoo...

    Made reservation/. Get to restaurant and was told they put you on wait list when make a reservation and would be 45 minute wait. I said we would wait in bar- they said fine but bar was closed bc no bar tender. Many empty tables -so assume they were short staffed. Ended up Going elsewhere and doubt we will return.

    The service was excellent - not bothersome but server checked in timely and removed appetizer plates timely and served entrees as we finished appetizers. Food was hot and tasty.

    We went for Mother’s Day with a reservation. There’s still a 15-20 min wait time in top of your reservation. Once we did sit down and order It took over an hour for food to come. The food was mediocre at best. The kids mac and cheese was dry — I couldn’t even tell there was cheese on It. There were no kids pizzas available. Then the restraint tried to charge an “inflation fee” bad move especially since the portion seemed to be smaller.

    We visited for Mother’s Day lunch and they were not prepared at all. We waited about 2 hours for our food after we ordered and just finally gave up and walked out after our waiter could not tell us how much longer it would take. This location needs some serious help. So disappointing because we really enjoyed it pre-Covid.

    I made a reservation for 6:30. Celebrating my mom’s engagement and wedding dress shopping. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a wait despite having a reservation. We enjoyed a glass of wine while we waited. Once we were seated our waitress took a long time to get to our table. When she did arrive it seemed things would go well, but after the waitress took our order she didn’t return for a long time. At one point she recognized we needed refills, but then didn’t return for a long time again. When she did finally return she mentioned she would be back with our wine and we reminded her about needing more water again. She never did bring our water. Another waiter came to deliver our food and brought us more water and bread. We waited again to see our waitress when we wanted to pay and again it took a long time. When we received our check it had a $2.00 “Temporary Inflation Charge” on it. I can understand raising prices due to our current economic situation, but why list that as an additional charge? We were never informed that charge would be included. Just seems tacky.

    The food was wonderful, the spinach and artichoke dip was incredible good. We will be back soon to try something different. Everyone was nice and polite on the wait staff also.

    The food was absolutely underwhelming and way overpriced. The vibe of the place was just off. Wait staff seemed angry and rushed even though the place was not busy. We will not be coming to Macaroni Grill again.
