The steaks were cooked to perfection. The seared tuna with avocado was delicious. The calamari app was a little greasy, but still edible. We will definitely be returning for another dinner at the Rosebowl!

The quality of the food was excellent. We all enjoyed a great steak and cooked to perfection. Service was impeccable. We all decided that another trip back was in the cards. Go try it out and you will not be disappointed. :)

Fabulous steaks. Great cocktails and very friendly service. Pricey if everyone has wine and a steak so best kept for special occasions. I also found it loud which took away from the intimacy slightly. The dining room is very open with not much to suck if the sounds of music, table talk and dinnerware around you.

Visited this restaurant for dinner with my sister. The bread was very soft and so deliciously amazing, the lobster ravioli was perfect and last but not least, the layered chocolate cake (pictured below) was my favourite!! Also the service was very respectful/nice and the place is so beautiful with amazing art pieces!! Highly recommend!! 10/10.

I've wrote about 20 reviews by now on the rosebowl and we cannot ever get enough of this place. The atmosphere,servers and food is so amazing you will not ever be disappointed especially the brashetta it's a must try appetizer 🤤 Kelly is the absolute best hostess and so welcoming.

Best steak in Ottawa. The Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked medium rare and melt in your mouth. I have been coming to the Rosebowl since they were in their first location on Carling Avenue 1976 I recommend this steakhouse to everyone I talk to

Wonderful, excellent, beautiful decor, nice ambiance. The food is outstanding. The portions are fairly big. I think I would share the main dish ie the seafood medley or order 2 appetizers . The music choices and volume was pleasant but after an hr or so it got loud and not so great music selection

Wow what a great restaurant! Went on a date with my wife and the food was absolutely delicious! I had an amazing filet mignon with duck fat fries and mushrooms it was so good!!! My wife had the Seafood Medley and also loved it. Everything was tasteful. This may have become my favourite restaurant in Ottawa!

UPDATE: Rosebowl contacted me directly and was very apologetic for my experience and thoroughly explained to me what transpired prior to the staff clearing our table. It appears it was a misunderstanding and I appreciate Kelly taking the time to speak to me. She explained that there was no racist intent and I am glad to know this is a safe place for everyone to enjoy. /// My friend and I left our table for her to smoke a cigarette outside for 5 minutes. We came back and out table was cleared. We have waited a long time for our food at this point and we left my sunglasses at the table as a placeholder (We did not want to leave our purses). We were upset because we didn't see the waitress for a long period of time, and we had half glasses of wine on the table that we did not finish. We were under the impression that the staff thought we were "dining and dashing" which is something we would NEVER do. The waitress gave us another round of wine thankfully and our food came in a timely manner after this matter. ///

We sincerely apologize for your last experience and after contacting you we took full accountability for the evening and explained that it was a total misunderstanding between the manager and server with absolutely no ill intent meant. However we do take strong exception to the word racist, which couldn't be furthest from the truth and everyone is more then welcome at our establishment. All the best

We really enjoyed our evening. The menu provided good options, our salades (Roq/pear salade and Rose Bowl Steakhouse salad) were super fresh and tasty. Our mains were excellent (steak and lobster ravioli). The service was perfect, just the right amount of attention to make our dinner experience very pleasant.

Service was slightly off. Sides arrived. Some sides taken away. After a while all sides back. Then the steaks. Real problem was 2 children using the restaurant as a play ground. At 10:00 at night one does not wish to be subjected to that. Servers just watched. Restaurant should say something to offending table, for the sake of all patrons.
