    Absolutely great, as usual. This is my 3rd time at Roselys and It is always a pleasure to brunch there. The only problem is that after multiple plates of exquisite food, my weight has a tendency for rising up :)

    I go there often . We had a new server . Can’t remember his name but he was great!!! Even though I thanked him many times and went out of my way when I left ti thank him again , I thing it’s important his supervisor knows .

    Not a vast choice of teas; no Maroccan tea, my disappointment. I am a fan of Afternoon teas and I found the food simply ordinary and too much sweets to my taste.

    Bonjour Carolina, Thank you for sharing your experience. For the afternoon tea, we provide a choice of 15 fine teas all selected for the Fairmont Hotels only. They are our finest products unfortunately they come mainly from Asia. Which is where the first tea service originally started. We, also, have around 23 traditional lot35 teas, but they are not the products we use for the service. We will pass the comment to our chef regarding the food ; note afternoon tea is always more on the sweet side. We appreciate the time you took to send us feedback

    Reserving was messy, but service at the table was good. Wish had had little sandwiches with our Afternoon Tea, but not an issue, just a preference. Everything was delicious!

    Our waiter Jean provided excellent service. He understood that we were right in time but was able to ensure we enjoyed a great meal without having to rush. Home made gnocchi was fantastic!!!

    L’endroit est magnifique et le personnel à l’accueil est charmant , la nourriture est fraîche( les sushis sont super bon et certains desserts également ) néanmoins beaucoup d’articles sont malheureusement industriels ,les viennoiseries étaient rassis , la viande étaient très peu variés et très salés les pizzas sont coupées en mini (comme une dégustation ) ,les pommes de terres sont industriels … Le serveur était vraiment pas sympathique on avait le sentiment de le déranger et il était très pressé.C’est assez dommage. On nous a facturé 25$ pour notre enfant de 2 ans qui a littéralement mangé deux saucisse 😩 Une expérience assez décevante pour une facture tout de même conséquente …dommage car on s’attend à a tellement mieux d’une grande table montréalaise

    On a adoré vraiment. Les photos de la place sur le site web ne rendent pas justice par contre. Sur place c'était superbe. Le service vraiment bien et délicat. Ils ont vraiment prit en considération tous les détails.

    Ça a pris 1h15 avant de recevoir le plateau, ce qui est inacceptable pour moi en terme d’attente. Il y avait trop de bouchées sucrées. À noter le macaron au foie gras qui était annoncé comme une bouchée salée alors qu’il était très sucré. Décevant.

    The girl at the reception was very rude and unpleasant. I felt like she was unhappy that we were there and bothering her. The server was very nice, professional and friendly. Ambiance was ok, but because the tables were so close to other clients I felt like we were participating in each other’s conversations. Very loud too. No music.

    For the Barbie Experience tea, i felt like …there wasn’t anything Barbie related. We got a pink tea pot with a pink circle table cloth in the middle of the table to signify we were doing the “barbie experience” but we didn’t even get to use the pink tea pot because our waiter was not experienced with the theme yet. we got pink themed food that was good but the tray was pink plastic which…for 200$ i expected there to be something more grand. Also, where we were sat was nice and everything but the area did not give “Barbie Themed” at all. I personally, don’t think the Barbie Afternoon Tea was worth the 200$ due to the fact that all i got was pink themed food. I would however, come back for regular afternoon tea that is not themed.

    We made a reservation for a standard table and when we arrived the waitress put us on the bar, knowing that she had confirmed the reservation, and she confirmed that the reservation was useless.

    Had dinner on the last day of August, general comment comes first: this restaurant is a shame to the renowned Fairmont name and the term “fine dinner”. 1) Creepy food. Can you believe it that all the chips were cold and soft; 2) During the whole dinner, the server in charge of our table did not even refill the water for only once; 3) The server did not even came to do the routine greetings, like “how’s everything going” or “Is everything ok”. Therefore we didn’t even get a chance to have the water refilled; 4) We ordered steak, but the server did not even ask “how would you like your steak”. May I ask if there is only one way to cook steak? 5) Racial discrimination. All guests around us were served well. They did not have some water refill problems. After the server refilling water at our next table, he saw our empty glasses, then just walked away. Oh, all these guests were not Asian looking face. Then I finally got the point that it is racial discrimination. Conclusion:1) I strongly recommend my Asian fellows to avoid this restaurant, or at least avoid the server with a letter G in his surname. 2) Please take the comments on Google and yelp seriously, especially recent comments and negative comments. I thought I would not be unlucky one, in fact I was wrong. 3) don’t simply trust the dining service quality in some big brand hotels, such as Fairmont

    What a pleasure to have dined at Rosélys ! We were hosting a friend we hadn't seen in over a year. We caught up over a platter of sea food, beautifully laid out, perfect freshness, in a rich variety , with delicious sauces to accompany lobster, shrimps and scallops. Attentive but not intrusive, the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was of muted elegance, our experience of dining at Rosélys on a Saturday evening a memory to behold.

    J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience, atmosphère, design des lieux et de la vaisselle, Nourriture : la partie salée et les scones= excellent, la partie sucrée = beaucoup trop sucré selon moi à retravailler, l’allure des bouchées est très bien mais cela gagnerait à être moins sucré . Très beau choix de thé Le service est bon.

    lunch service is well organized and get people served in a timely manner. Its also quite seasonal. Portion sizes are moderate too so maybe if you are absolutely starved or are used to american style portions you may find it small, but i find it reasonable. I want to be fed, but not busting at the seems. All the dishes were very well prepared and tasted great. Elegant french / international bistro with modern twists.

    Very bad management of our reservation at arrival. It took 15 minutes to get a table for a breakfast with reservation. Not much service at table. We had to get our bread ourselves for our breakfast.
