The reason why my review shown is indicating all poor is because our reservation was not recognized on Open Table . I assumed I had the reservation confirmed, but when we arrived at the restaurant they said they do not use this online service . We ended up going to another place close by . Yes I was shocked to find this out and I did follow up with the restaurant to let them know they are on this reservation service plus I did provide my reservation # but to no avail . I am expected to receive an answer back from Rosemary
regarding this malfunction to our mishap last weekend .
This is more of a complaint against OpenTable than it is about the restaurant. I made a reservation, had it confirmed and then arrived to find the restaurant closed. I could not cancel the reservation on line (had to contact the restaurant to cancel) and therefore could not book somewhere else at short notice. There was no way to contact OpenTable to inform them of the issue. I understand things are pretty fluid during a pandemic, but both Rosemary and OpenTable should be more committed to the customer experience and keeping information up to date and accurate.
