   We started off on the 28th floor with a cocktail and a breathtaking view. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. This place will be hopping in the summer with the pool and outdoor patio open. Then, down to the second floor for dinner. Again, friendly, professional and attentive staff. A stunning view of the waterfront. Great ambience. We ordered the salmon which was terrific with a yummy sauce. Sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts for sides. Also ordered their famous 'Hip" cocktail. Delicious! The restaurant is inside the Hotel X . Overall, a very groovy vibe and excellent, helpful staff. Love the fragrance that lingers in the air.

   Decided to have lunch here after visiting the spa upstairs. Was greeted immediately and was told they were down several staff members and doing their best to find me a table. Service lacked but food was good. Signature margaritas were excellent as usual.

    A great selection of plates to share for an amazing meal full of flavour. Server suggested perfect plates, right down to dessert and all gluten free. Very nice view and ambience

    Visited for the first time for Anniversary celebration. Informed them in advance and they were so kind to give us a very special table/booth with a lake view. The food was just delicious. 1st bite into my ‘huevos rancheros’ and I could tell it had the mexican touch. The flavors, texture, presentation everything so good! My husband also relished his ‘proper breakfast’. The staff was so polite and hospitable. Felt super welcome. They also gave us the margarita cheesecake complimentary with lit sparkles and happy anniversary caramel chocolate on it. I really appreciated the gesture of going above and beyond. I liked the ambience too. Minimalistic and classy walls. It was quieter when we walked in at 11 am. By 12.30 it was buzzing with people especially the ones who live in the hotel. But we dint mind and sat until 1.30 pm, we were also offered coffee refills. I truly enjoyed and am glad I picked this place. A 100% recommend!

    I have to say this restaurant provides the perfect service. We were staying at the hotel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and was met with sparkling champagne. Their cocktails were well crafted, with interesting themes and combination. The food was incredible and portions were generous and to top it off our waitress Melissa was amazing and attentive. She helped made our experience fun and enjoyable

    Never advised that there was a set menu. Set Dinner courses would be split instead of having individual portions. Poor food everything was extremely spicy. Was not given an options to have another menu to compromise the mix up. Original server was very blunt and not warm in any which was not helpful. Set course dinner was confusing and not explained at all. Was given oysters and a jalapeño popper without being advised on the set course menu. Overall bad experience and would never go back.

    We read some mixed reviews before visiting Roses for the first time and had a hard time reaching them on the phone prior but once we got there, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The host was wonderful and checked up on us often. He also took the time to share his knowledge of tequila with us and how to enjoy our tequila flight experience the most. It was very lovely. Our waitress, Grace, was so great! Attentive and fun to chat with. The rest of the staff was lovely too. The food was delicious and the taco caramel popcorn dessert, though it sounded quite unusual, was absolutely delicious! Lovely experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Roses for the magical evening.

    Spent Christmas Eve at Roses Cocina and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Food, Service and Atmosphere was amazing. Could not think of one negative thing about my experience here . It’s located inside the X Hotel which the restaurant will comp you with a parking ticket after you have dined, just ask.

    Had an excellent brunch with a friend. We both had the lobster Benny and it was delicious. Service was excellent we had a really great server and ambiance was lovely.

    The food was just ok and the service was pretty bad. Everything took forever and when we wanted to order dessert, we were told that the kitchen had already closed. Nobody had come to check on us or tell us about last call after we got our food. Wouldn’t go again.

    Amazing family style meal. Delicious. Service was slow to start but the manager came to apologize due to an event in the space. Very loud if you have concerns. Will go back!

    The atmosphere was very nice, there were a couple of servers that went above and beyond and others that were less appealing. The food was very greasy, and it wasn’t what the menu said. I am not sure I would return.
