Stopped in without a reservation and the area was VERY busy. We phoned ahead to see if there was space and mentioned we wanted to check before paying for parking. The lady that answered the phone let us know that they were happy to squeeze us in and that they validate parking at the hotel! Did not know this the first time we visited and came back anyway but definitely makes it an easier trip. We love it here!

The ambiance was nice. The staff was very attentive and kind, but the food was meh. I got the Nashville fried chicken sandwhich and the chicken was way over fried, like break a tooth crunchy and didn't have much flavor, just tasted like hot sauce. I try fried chicken sandwiches all over the world, it's my thing, I thought it would have a unique flavor and a quality piece of meat and this wasnt it. I expected WAY more from this high end establishment and won't be back. Toronto is a foodies heaven, I'll take my taste buds elsewhere.

Brought my daughter for a ‘fancy’ lunch date and they made us feel so special! The kids menu had great options for young kids to young teens. And great portions. And of course I enjoyed my meal also. :)

Great place to eat pre Budweiser Stage concerts. The food is excellent, the service very good and it is a short walk from the concert venue! However, it is very noisy, so your vocal cords and your hearing get a real workout! :

Came here after visiting the CNE. It’s in a great location, next to a lot of shows that happen in the area. We will definitely make it back when we are in the area. Might have to make a special trip in for the brunch menu the server was telling us about.

Roses became our default pre-concert spot! The Ribs are some of the best I've had ever(I need the sauce). Yes as any place we've had hiccups but when asking the server or manager (Santiago or Natalie) this get dealt with right away :) thank you for always taking such great care. We will be back and keep bringing more people

This location was inside Hotel X, on the CNE grounds. The hotel's lobby is very nice. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and is casual. Good service. Limited menu - so check it before you go. Food was of high quality and well prepared and nicely served and on the pricier side. Great place to have a nice casual dinner if you are heading to a show at the Budweiser Stage at Ontario Place.

Found this place looking for somewhere to go before a concert at Budweiser, now it’s our go to spot anytime we’re in the area. Their menu changes seasonally, so there’s always something new to try. And service is always friendly. The servers seem genuinely happy to be there- which isn’t always a given downtown. 🫶🍔🥰

I don't know what was going on but service could best be defined as diffident, and at most, absent. We had a sense that we were an annoyance to our server rarely came around. I hope it was an off day, but they really made us feel like an annoyance at all points.

Overall food was quite good but on the expensive side. Tons of fries and a tiny lobster roll for 38 bucks. I recommend the chorizo pigs in a blanket. We were going to a concert and although they were aware food took longer than I expected so we skipped dessert. The place has an upscale feel to it but the food doesn't keep up.

When we arrived we were told that there was 15 minutes left of the breakfast/brunch menu and if we wanted to order from it we had to be within that time frame. Our server came and took our drink order and said she would be back for our food order. We ordered Mill St. Draught, and she came back to inform us they no longer had that on tap. We both decided to have Stella as that was the only other draught available. She came back and dropped off one and took our food order - now after the time frame of ordering from the larger menu. We still had not received the second beer and flagged down a lady which looked to be the floor manager. She then let us know the second beer was never brought because they ran out of Stella. Our sever did not come back to tell us that. The (possible) manager continued to check in on us as our server was occupied elsewhere and never checked on us until our meal was completely gone. For the price of this establishment we were hoping to receive better service. We are lucky to have had that lady step in or it would have been a complete disappointment.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem in Toronto. If you’re going to a concert at Budweiser stage go here first. Cocktails are top notch and the servers are like family and you feel the loving fun vibe in the place because of it! Thanks so much, I’ll be back! Dee

The restaurant was terribly cold. The air conditioners were directly above the tables, blowing at the maximum level of cold, instantly chilling food and freezing heads and shoulders. The steak was not chewy or marinated. Brussels sprouts, salad and tuna were delicious.

Honestly, a hidden gem. I don’t often dine in hotels, as they can be tricky to park, etc. But this restaurant validates parking underground at Hotel X! Dinner and service was great.
