   Food was good but our server wasn’t exactly on point, he forgot out spoons for coffees and only brought enough milk for 1 person. We had to flag him down for milk. I’d go back again to see it was just an off day.

   Pretty space but service is lacking. Seems a bit under staffed. Our waiter had too many customers to cater too. We had to remind him about refills multiple times. Meals came out cold but they did make us a fresh one. Flavour was lacking and mocktails need revamping

   Had brunch with some friends. Portions were great and food was fantastic. They validate underground hotel parking, making it easy to get in and out for a quick midday meal. Will be  back to try their signature cocktails, which looked fantastic. :)

   We ordered the biscuits as a starter. There were 3 of us dining but they only brought 2 biscuits. My quesadilla was tasty. My friends both ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. It didn't come with the chili it was supposed to. Only a lump of coleslaw. They were just ok. The saving grace was was the cast iron cookie. It was gooey and delicious.

   Had dinner before heading to the TFC game. Was a great ‘date night’ spot. Cute patio and great cocktails. The crispy Brussels sprouts were so much better than versions I’ve had at any other restaurant. Would come back for that alone. :)

    This was my second time dining at Roses, but my first time experiencing their brunch menu. Wow! My new favourite brunch spot in the city. And I didn’t know they actually serve a full brunch/lunch menu until 2 PM daily. Surprised it was not busier, given how amazing the food was. Service was also great.

    The place was a little busy but they got us in and out in a timely manner as we had a meeting to go to. the food was tasy and the portions huge! we had various servers as they all seem to be working together. thank you

    Food was good, but the service was honestly horrendous. Our whole experience would have been better if the servers were half decent or showed even a mediocre level of urgency or care for their guests. Won’t be returning. S/o to the bartender though. He was the only who was attentive..

    I went for my birthday on a Sunday for brunch. We all got bottomless drinks. When I tell you it took 20 mins to get our drinks after ordering them and had to order another when they arrived because the service was so slow. There is only a two hr window for bottomless. I could have payed for the drinks individually for the same price as bottomless. Don't go here for brunch. I also put a note that it was my bday... They didn't even say a thing lol.     Our Waiter did not speak English. We were there for their bottomless brunch that they advertised on insta.. he had no idea what we were talking about or what brunch was! Really odd!!!! Food was stale , the water that was served was warm and smelled funny. The waiter barely checked on us . We asked the boss boy to ask him for the bill. After 15 minutes of waiting we had to walk up to the register and ask to pay ! Did not have a good experience and would not recommend this place.

    We had brunch for Mother’s Day here and we were so happy we chose this place. The food is outstanding and priced well. The ambiance is excellent and sitting was comfortable yet very tasteful. The decor was pleasant and clean. But above all, the service and staff were outstanding. Can’t wait to try a dinner setting. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to eat well and have a good time!

    Let me start by saying that this place is exceptional. I was here with 9 more friends, we had some of the best food in Toronto! Baja tacos, quesadillas, just wow and the cheeseburger oh my best in the world. To my surprise the service in an extremely busy restaurant was on point, my server named Star made us have a great time, I would highly recommend this place to everyone..

    Restaurant was a bit hectic; with the game and a wedding at the hotel everyone showed up seemingly at once. Our table was ready on time and the service by Grace and Melisa was great! Spoke to the manager sebastian who helped us pick a wine. Overall it was fabulous

    We were next door at a wine show and decided to book this restaurant as it was in close proximity at Hotel X. I'm not huge on reviews, but thought I'd share my appreciation for the all staff that made us feel really welcome while the place was extremely busy. We experienced some mild wait times at the start but it was obvious that everyone arrived at the same time and staff were moving quickly! We were patient. Comfortable feel all-round, great comforting food, kind staff. Will be back next time I'm in the area for sure!

    The desserts were good. The lobster roll was good. The ribs not so much. It was really cold inside the restaurant, too much AC, and there was a lot of smoke. Will not be going back.

    Worst customer service I have yet had… to be honest I have been to tones of restaurants and this I would say I had the worst service ever. Server gave the most attitude…no smile… didn’t ask how the food was…or how anything was.. didn’t let us order what we wanted. As for the restaurant If you are switching over you kitchen staff from breakfast to lunch or brunch then don’t book customers for that time as your server clearly didn’t let us order what we wanted. Beyond ridiculous service!

    The server that started our order was finished her shift, up to the time she left the service was excellent. Once she left we were orphaned. Ended up cancelling a dish as it never got put in (even though someone confirmed that we did order it). What we did have was great. They just need to pay a bit more attention.

    Very disappointing experience!!! We made a reservation at 1:30pm today and they had us waiting for about 20mins to place the order and finally when someone came to get our order, was told the “brunch is no longer served (at 2:10pm) and took away the menu given to us and gave us a smaller menu, which literally had 2 main (Lobster club and cheese burger) out of which lobster was SOLD OUT, which left us no option but to go with cheeseburger and the cheap fries that came along with it. People don’t make reservation's to come eat very regular style cheeseburger here and the waitress was not even ready to check with the kitchen after we requested if they can still make some brunch menu items for us even after expressing my disappointment about the service. Overall: Terrible experience + below avg food.
